I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this location, given the very good room prices. It was clean and tidy, the reception staff were friendly and efficient. The double room was spacious and clean and had everything I needed.
The breakfast was very good with several options of hot and cold items, as well as a make your own waffle station.

Property needs exterior lighting improved. Only one parking lamp and it was surrounded by work trucks. Reception suggested I park at rear near my room but it was dark and desolate.
Halls had mud on carpet which I tracked in to my room. Not the fault of the hotel as most of the guests are workers who come in muddy.

Our room had a wall view. To the right you could see stairs and people smoking at a picnic table. The floor was very uneven throughout the suite. Walls were damaged and beds were not that comfortable.
Positive note is that the shower was very powerful and had nice settings. Both the night and morning receptionists were very nice.

Enjoyed our stay but didnt know when i booked it that there is no elevator so not good when you have a heavy suitcase to get up 2 flights

Dirty bathroom (bath tub and sink), mini fridge froze all my groceries. People are loud in the hallways and noisy.

It was quite run down and not very fresh. The more you looked, the more grime and stains you saw on the walls and everywhere. I did not sleep good while I was there.
