酒店回复: Thank you for submitting a review. In regards to your claims, you never requested to speak to management at any time. You called the staff the same night as your arrival, yelled at the staff member, and when they attempted to get further information on the water issue that was occurring you hung up on them. The following morning you are on camera getting rude with another staff member and never once mentioned speaking with a manager. Next, the staff member immediately alerted maintenance and housekeeping. They checked your room which had hot water, as did the rest of the hotel, and the phone that was working just fine. We can provide documentation from previous guests in that room of the items working if you would like. No calls are shown in the system from that room or attempting to be made from that hotel line to the front desk. Our staff are visibly seen on camera throughout the multiple cameras in the hotel. We aren't sure why you said it took you over 2 hours to reach the staff member when you could have walked to the desk if a phone wasn't working instead of continuing to call supposedly? It seems like a simple case of user error and that is fine. Also, when you called today for the first time you immediately started berating myself before I could even ask a word. When I attempted to get further information you proceeded to yell at me and not once did I call you a liar. Please remember that respect does go both ways. We understand issues happen however, the staff attempted to verify and/or resolve the issues the first time and you refused her assistance. There isn't much more a staff member can do when you have refused assistance of their help to get things working or to be shown how to work them.

You were explained to as to why the reservation was cancelled and completely refunded even though we did not have to do that. You were also given the options on rebooking and providing the proper information to which you did not do. The policies are clearly stated in regards to all of this.

雷迪森酒店的服务和态度糟糕透顶
我们女儿的毕业典礼来晚了。浴室水槽里没有热水,只有冷水。我没法打电话到前台,因为电话坏了。我们只能用浴缸里的热水水龙头洗脸刷牙。我用手机打了6次电话到前台,楼下的女士都没接,房间电话也坏了。接下来的两天,我们给经理留言,但没人回电话。最后我终于和经理通话了,她没有道歉,没有说任何让她感到抱歉的话,反而说我撒谎。
她很粗鲁,打断我说话,根本不听我的抱怨,只是打断我。这家酒店是服务行业,他们应该礼貌周到。
还是另找一家吧。

我不会再住这里了。从入住到退房,一切都令人沮丧,不值得我支付的昂贵费用。
办理入住手续的前台工作人员非常粗鲁,不专业。
房间又旧又暗,床也很不舒服。
我房间的屋顶上每天早上5点30分都会有东西爬来爬去把我吵醒。
退房当天,我上午10点左右(退房时间为11点)正在整理房间物品,下车回来时,客房服务人员已经打开了我的房间,撑开了门,但我的物品还在房间里。
很棒的住宿!
我的一些家人和朋友在这里参加了我的毕业典礼。早餐很棒,有香肠、鸡蛋、各种果汁和牛奶、华夫饼、水果等等。工作人员热情好客,乐于助人,非常友好。舒适的床和安静的房间,在兴奋过后,让人倍感放松,让这次毕业之旅更加难忘。
这次入住最终没有成行。我为从外州来探望的家人预订了房间。他们带着一位老兵和一个蹒跚学步的孩子。这家酒店因为我是本地人就取消了我的预订。所以这对我家来说不是一次好的体验。幸运的是,我们在智选假日酒店找到了另一家住处,他们对我家非常好。以后我随时都会住在那里,而不是这家!
