Clean, comfortable, secure parking, attentive staff, reasonable rates. Initially hard to see, as the Gamma sign is in a subdued tan colour on a tan building, which has a flat & uninteresting front to the main street. The interior courtyard is lovely, and there is a swimming pool, a restaurant (breakfast served here), and a steak house. Recommended by friends, and we will pass that on. Some English spoken, a choice of American or a more varied breakfast.

The hotel was clean, quiet, secure and with gated parking with attendant. We asked for a remodeled room, which cost more, but seemed worth it. We also asked to make sure there were no large events scheduled, which could get noisy. The a/c and heater unit worked fine and wasn’t overly noisy. There was hot water. The beds were very comfortable with four nice pillows each. The room had two double beds, large closet, flat screen tv, k-cup type coffee maker, ceramic cups and real glass glasses in the bathroom. Ironing board and iron, desk, extra blankets, opaque privacy screen curtain and additional black out curtain. Nice bedside lamps for reading. There was no mini fridge but that made no difference to us. As in many European hotels, key card went into a slot to turn on the electricity. Sounds in the corridor outside our door and in the room next door carried a bit, but nothing unreasonable. Our food at the steakhouse was delicious (we didn’t have steaks, tho, so can’t report on that. ) Both restaurants seemed popular with locals. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for and we’ll stay again next time we’re in town.

We are on a long road trip from Canada to PV so we just needed a place to sleep for the night, but we loved it here so much stayed an extra night. Don't let the outside appearance of the hotel fool you.... the outside might look plain, but once inside you'll see the wonderful architecture, the rooms are immaculately clean, the courtyard and pool area are beautiful and lit up at night, the restaurant is absolutely delicious, and the breakfast buffet was amazing and included live music. It felt more like a resort than a hotel. Great location with lots of stores nearby, Miramar beach is just 10 minutes away. To top it off, dogs are welcome here.

Desperately in need of a renovation! Toilet didn’t flush properly, no hot water, TV didn’t work, dork didn’t close or lock properly, electrical slot didn’t properly and the A/C didn’t work at all. The pool area and garden was nice and the lobby and restaurant present well but the rooms were old, battered and bruised!

Este hotel es bueno, no es excelente pero hacia una genial experiencia el desayuno buffet que incluia la habitacion. Por esa razon nos quedamos mi familia y yo y contrate 4 habitaciones, y me tope con que ahora el desayuno ya no lo incluye, aparte de que los costos aumentaron considerablemente, no tiene una remodelacion muy notable. Es caro para lo que es...

El peor hotel que e visitado. Instalaciones viejas e inservibles, las puertas no sirven, el aire no funciona, nisiquiera las pantallas sirven. La alber muy sucia con una capa de grasa flotando en la superficie. Room service nunca llega. Los empleados siempre con sus carotas, groseros y nunca resuelven los problemas y quejas de los huespedes. La gerente solo para hacer acto de presencia. No sirve para nada. Y para sus pesimas instalaciones y pesimo servicio es muy caro. Nada recomendable. Nunca regresaré

Wir kommen seit Jahren immer wieder hierher zum Frühstück. Das hoteleigene Restaurant ist dafür sehr populär und immer sehr gut besucht. Inzwischen kennen wir auch das eine ofer andere Personal, was immer nett ist. Pandemiebedingt ist das Büffet teils bedient. Eine langjährige Köchin bereitet Eierspeisen al gusto zu. Dann gibt es aber auch zahlreiche traditionelle warme Gerichte, frische Früchte, Joghurt usw. Wir sitzen nach Möglichkeit gerne draussen am Pool im mit grossen Kakteen und schönen Bäumen bepflanzten Innenhof.
酒店有很多改进的机会，从你到达接待处的那一刻起，因为即使参加的人很友好，但没有主动性，他们没有解释退房时间、提供的服务、时间表等。我们租了 3 个房间，其中一个房间空调坏了，另一个房间没有淋浴！我们不得不与他们交谈，让他们放一张纸，表明他们在移交房间之前不会检查房间，也不会持续提供维护，他们没有熨烫机，但他们会熨烫。浴室有真菌，有头发，镜子很脏。我们到达后还使用了餐厅服务，我们要了一份开胃菜、一份沙拉和两杯咖啡，我们旁边只有一张桌子，订单花了很长时间才送达，事实上我们必须点饮料。再次因为他们没有到达。我真诚地相信，设施、空间和位置都很好，但上面提到的让情况变得更糟。
