Broadway Guest House is a lovely, clean, comfortable and cozy place to stay. Thank you to the amazing manageress for being so kind, friendly and accommodating. Definitely our new 'go to' place to stay when we are in Cape Town.

The guest house is in a residential area, not too noisy. The reception area is part of the only dining/lounge area as you enter the property. The room was adequate, with a comfortable bed and ensuite shower. The whole property was clean, but jaded. There were cracked tiles, careless overpainted areas, dated furniture, it felt the property needed an uplift and modernising. Breakfast was disappointing. The fruit juice was weak and not nice. Coffee poor, just cereals, a choice of apple or plum fresh fruit and cheap yoghurt. Plus bread for toast. The staff were very good and helpful. Free gated car parking. It was a bargain price, but it showed.

I had to undergo an operation at the Louis Leipoldt Hospital and my husband could stay next to the hospital, he could walk between hospital and guest house whenever he wanted to visit. Safe and secure stay for him, no parking problems. Amanda took very good care of him and provide him with breakfasts every morning and helping with ordering evening meals

We arrived late afternoon to a friendly host, who helped us to our room and made us feel welcome. The room was neat and comfortable. The continental breakfast was great and the owner, René, was só friendly and made us feel very special!

the Bellville Guest House is convenient near the N1. The rooms are spacious and clean bedding and beds are in good condition. The breakfast is good, a good variety choices is appreciated Safe parking, is very important.
地方不干净，维护得很差。百叶窗坏了，浴室状况很差，厕所也不干净。环境很吵闹。食物难以下咽，更糟糕的是，管理层毫无责任感，互相推诿，而给我服务的经理明明看到了食物，却没发现任何问题。
