The hotel is easy to find with a restaurant, gas station and Dollar General all connected together in the vicinity. More food options were also very close as well. One visible floating dust strand hanging from the ceiling, but other than that it was great. The desk person at check in was nice and helpful and put us on the first floor with the pool as requested. There was an issue with our key reader for the first room which he immediately corrected and changed us to another room. The pool was freezing is my biggest negative. If you're going to spend that much money to have an indoor pool then I feel like it should be temperature controlled. The breakfast was very nice with a decent variety of hot and cold options.

I found the hotel base line acceptable. The cleaning staff replaced my towels but did not make the bed. The lobby has a bad odor like the smell of natural gas. The bed and pillows are comfortable. There is a mini fridge, tv and coffee maker but I did not use them. The hair dryer is very weak. Next time I’ll bring my own if I need to come back here. The shower door runs on a track that is not enclosed and is not secure. The entire glass door came off the track when I tried to slide the door closed but I got it back into place. Interaction with staff was pleasant.

Loved the indoor pool - was immaculate and well stocked with towels. The front desk person - Diane - was extremely cordial and helpful. Meghan also spoke with us and welcomed us to the Enterprise Fairfield. It was a nice stay with a comfortable room.

The property is very convenient to everything in Enterprise. Parking was abundant and close to the doors. The check in process took longer than expected and the employee spoke so quietly we could barely hear her. We did not hear noise from the hallway or other rooms, but the a/c unit was a wall mount which was very loud. There was lots of storage in the room and bathroom. The shower was very mildewy and had soap scum on the walls and doors. The shower had no shelves or place to put items, the door leaked and cause the bathroom floor to be soaked after use. The toilet paper is horrible and there are no facial tissues provided.
