On arrival we was given a room in an annexe, cold, damp, decor was tired to say the least, room phone did not work, ladders outside door to room with open access space in ceiling ( no workers in situ)
On complaining was moved to room in main building.
Restaurant staff at breakfast were great

服务友好，酒店也不错。房间很基础，因为它属于那种还没翻新过的客房。不过对我们来说已经完全够用，而且价格也合理，所以如果再来这附近的话，还会选择入住。

我们住过的最差的酒店
11月25日晚上9点左右入住了这家酒店。去罗奇代尔的路上吃过饭后，我们直接去了房间，结果发现房间的景色美极了……酒店里那些散发着臭气的垃圾桶。第二天早上退房时，我们被要求支付18英镑的早餐费，而这笔费用本应包含在房费里。尽管我们指出了这一点，但接待人员还是坚持要我们付钱。由于商务会议时间紧迫，我们勉强付了钱，但事后看来，没有收到收据真是个错误。想象一下，当我们后来发现信用卡上有48英镑的欠款时，我们是多么震惊。经过多次令人沮丧的电话沟通，处理此事的人似乎始终无人接听，我们被告知这笔钱是用于我们从未吃过的晚餐的。餐厅在我们到达之前就关门了！经过数周的追讨和多次威胁，酒店才最终承认他们收取了我们为别人的晚餐支付的费用。这家酒店的无能和不诚实令人震惊。这种错误怎么会发生？尤其是我们被要求单独支付早餐费用？这要么是纯粹的疏忽，要么就是彻头彻尾的欺诈。房间外观糟糕，员工普遍缺乏专业素养，更加剧了这种体验。为了省心，彻底避开这家酒店吧。简直是耻辱。一晚要花100多英镑，我宁愿睡在车里。
非常失望
入住304房间感觉不错，但很快就发现空调坏了（房间很热）。我试着用房间电话给前台打电话，结果也不通！我走到前台反映问题，说空调出了问题，他们给了我一台风扇，我得把威卢克斯空调开到最大。
后来我意识到房间没有锁，也不需要钥匙才能进去，因为可以从外面推开，锁却转不进去。我回到前台，他们立刻帮我换了一间房，虽然降级了，而且没有任何小额补偿。半夜被很大的响声吵醒，我以为是另一个房间的淋浴声，但谁知道呢！
