住了几天,总体很满意
1️⃣ 大堂门口有接水和糖果
2️⃣ 早餐自助餐蛮丰盛的,味道也不错
3️⃣房间很干净也很安静,喜欢这里薄荷色的配色,并且这里薄荷香水也很好闻
之前住过几次,印象都挺好的,这次被安排在一个角落X10的房间,房间结构很奇怪,还有镜子侧对着床,房间味道也有点发霉,比较失望,酒店还比之前贵了。
早餐整体还是不错的,一如既往的丰富和好吃,可以自己点餐。
马德里天气是真的好!
我们非常喜欢这家酒店,它坐落在格兰大道(Gran Vía)的绝佳位置。如果你想购物,这里绝对完美,而且地处市中心。酒店员工非常友善,特别是礼宾员巴勃罗(Pablo),他非常细心和友好,值得称赞!早餐是点餐式的。唯一美中不足的是房间有点小,但我们在酒店度过了愉快的时光。绝对推荐!
设施:比较老旧
卫生:刷牙杯以为是一次性的,可能是循环用的估计也没人用,里面不是很干净。其他还行的。
环境:一层有免费的柠檬水和糖果,早餐也在一层,是自助点餐的那种,不过我没买,看着种类不多。
这是我第一次来马德里。我们和我妈妈一起旅行,为她庆祝生日,这个选择真是再好不过了。酒店位置超级便利,步行即可到达皇宫和许多其他旅游景点。早餐食物种类丰富又美味,酒店和房间里(薄荷味)的味道也很好闻,最棒的是工作人员超级友善,随时乐意提供帮助。他们甚至帮我做了特别的装饰,并在我妈妈生日当天送了她一份礼物。我肯定还会再来的,非常感谢所有的工作人员。
酒店的早餐真的非常不错,是点餐的,可选种类很多,而且味道很好。
设施方面比较一般,房间洗澡只有热水没有凉水,另外房间打扫也不送水,还得自己要,有的地方没整理。
从酒店大堂到服务,一切都很好。房间更是无可挑剔,透过阳台能看到的马德里风景也令人满意。服务很棒,让人想再次光顾。
圣诞期间在马德里玩,精挑细选了这家酒店,总体来说,地理位置很棒,就在格兰大道,去著名景点都很近,离地铁站也近,周围饭店,家乐福 Dia超市都有。选的内窗,是天井的那种房型,很安静,随机分的房型窗户非常窄,而且不能保持打开,只要一松手就关了。观察了一下,有些房间是这种窄窗户,有些不是,可以完全打开。虽然是顶楼,采光依然很差,加上整个房间几面墙以深绿色为主,特别压抑,挂的画也走暗黑风,要不是交了钱,真想跑路,还好只住三天。我个人比较偏向明亮通风的房间和装修,这种深色墙面加采光差很不舒服,加上天井通风也不咋地,入住后睡得不是很舒服。圣诞节当天送了西班牙特色的糖果巧克力挂在门上,每天电梯一出来的小柜子上有水和软糖。一进酒店的浅绿色酒柜很漂亮,就是房间墙面深绿色太压抑了。
地理位置非常方便,出门就是公交地铁步行5分钟,最繁华的地段。隔壁就是Loewe还在装修。酒店安排的房间风景极好,有个小露台,可以在露台上欣赏街景。房间干净且安全,有保险箱。不足就是酒店房间略小,临街最热闹的市中心会有点点吵。但一个人住就刚好,不知道俩个人会不会有点挤。早餐很丰盛,是点餐式,含早的房间随便点,非常好吃😋。最好的是早餐持续到中午两点,起晚了可以吃个早午餐。不用很赶。会再次入住。
这家酒店就在格兰大道上,虽然这条街很热闹,但我们在房间里一点噪音都听不到。工作人员的服务态度简直太棒了!他们都非常友好!我们还会再来的!!!
