The room smell if mold or wetness. There was hair in multiple ares of the bathroom, including in the towels. When we went to tell the worker. He didn’t even want to give us his name.

This is the room we selected. There were 6 of us. When we arrived they did not have this room. They do NOT have this room at all. They will want you to email them a copy of your drivers license. Which I refused to do. They knocked on our door saying they did not put us in the room we were in. (How did we get a key to the room if that was the case?) We were harassed all the way to the pool and the front desk lady would not leave us alone. She stood over us at the pool then because I refused to email my DL closed the pool on us early. Her kids were in the hot tub unattended not allowing hotel guest to get in. Actually made my 18 year old get out of it because her kids were in it.
No ice buckets for ice. Found hair stuck to the sink under used soap.

The place was good. But the staff was extremely cheap. No utensils to use, provided 1 small shower soap a day. No towels. I stayed for a full week and no one cleaned the room. Getting fresh towels, toilet paper and tissue was a big issue. One of the lady in the front desk that worn glasses was marvelous and kind of lenient.

Entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke, and the elevator does not work.
• No Housekeeping: Not once during my entire stay did housekeeping service my room. Trash piled up and towels went unchanged. I had to repeatedly go to the front desk to ask for clean towels, which is unacceptable for a multi-night stay. By Sunday night the trash can was overflowing, and since no one came, I requested assistance. The manager guy handed me a trash bag and expected me to replace it myself. (Yes, really.) I ended up placing the full garbage bag outside my door to avoid attracting bugs – and it’s a good thing, because I had already spotted roaches in my room earlier.
• Dirty Bedding at Check-In: On arrival, I discovered a stained comforter on the bed. I reported it immediately. Management/front desk lady’s response was baffling: she acknowledged the stain but actually asked if I “still wanted to keep it” on the bed. Of course I didn’t! When I pulled back the sheets, I found small food crumbs inside the blanket, meaning the bedding hadn’t been properly cleaned.
By the end of this stay, I felt more stressed than relaxed. Basic amenities (like a clean room, fresh towels, working TV, & trash removal were nonexistent.
