This is a great hotel to stay in Cortez. Just 10 miles drive from the airport and close to Mesa Verde Park. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good breakfast. Also very quiet at night if you ask for a room opposite RT160. Good value for money.

夜班工作人员不知道该怎么处理吵闹的客人。我不得不在上午11点35分和下午12点30分三次下楼抱怨隔壁的派对，他们只是打了个电话，然后就信以为真说要睡觉了。我凌晨1点就去敲门，威胁要亲自报警。
工作人员非常友好专业，床很舒服，休息室干净整洁，座位充足，早餐很棒。缺点是空调无论调到什么温度，晚上即使温度低一点，温度也保持在74-80华氏度（约23-27摄氏度），泳池区的梯子坏了。
不友好，也不乐于助人
咖啡没了，但柜台人员把牛奶拿走了，当服务员问牛奶要不要时，却说早餐后不应该再提供，所以也没给牛奶。为什么只提供咖啡而不提供牛奶？为什么酒店不接待客人？热水浴缸连续两天坏了。虽然有一个人知道如何重置并恢复正常，但仅此而已。重置一次后就无法使用了。没有水和香蕉，之前在摩押住的汉普顿酒店也是如此。那里的人更友好，更热情。全天供应咖啡，每天都会为客人提供水和水果。酒店之间的差异很大。
