I called days ahead to inquire about the pool bc the last time that we stayed there was an issue. I was assured that the pool would be open and everything would be ok.. upon checking in i was notified that the pool was closed but can go next door .. it’s 30 degrees and snowing . I’m not risking my children health to walk in the cold and snow to use an amenities that your facility assured would be available.. no type of accommodations were offered.. and the fire alarm continuously went off so they had all the doors open so it was freezing inside the hotel.. I had the heat on 90 and bc there was so much cold air coming in you couldn’t tell.. this was our 2mf terrible experience here .. I gave it a 2nd chance hoping that it would be different but def was a waste of $200.

Overall ok but update your issues
Check in was late due to room not being fully cleaned by check in time. Pool was not working. The following morning prior to check out, pool was still not working, but front desk said it was ok to use. The water was a nasty dark green with a gross scummy foam covering the top of water. Front desk wouldn’t do anything about adjusting price or discount.

Overall this was a good property. The only downside was that when we requested additional items such as towels and wash clothes, we were told to check when housekeeping came. We never got any additional items just the normal set of four. No one explained about housekeeping on what services they provided and when.

总的来说,这家酒店很棒,很舒适。早餐唯一的奶精是Coffeemate的奶精,而且加了糖!所以,咖啡不可能只加奶精(不加糖)。是谁决定的?度假时,早晨喝咖啡是件很棒的事,结果我没能喝到(是的,我们问过了,但没有合适的替代品)。除此之外,早餐还不错。
房间很棒,除了冰箱里的制冰机坏了。前台给了我们足够的冰块,足够我们度过周末。周六早上的早餐有点不尽如人意,食物和咖啡都卖光了。食物都是冷的。只有一个人尽力照顾好一切。周日的情况好多了。
