The worker Gokul has assisted us in a very good manner .. The lake view was very awesome from hotel rooms.. And the food was very delicious.. If u want to stay in bhimtal I will prefer u to stay there .. Awesome view from balcony of the rooms......

The hotel infrastructure is big and rooms are well maintained. The quality of food is very nice. However due to monsoon the occupancy was very low. Came to know that Mr Sammer has joined recently. Very much impressed with his pleasing and smiling personality which may prove very useful for the hotel which has got excellent infrastructure and lake view.

Paid 11,000 per night and the ac was broken the whole time! They refused to discount the rate even though we stayed 3 nights no ac. Restaurant was not great and tables were always dirty. No power backup also. The electricity was going off 12 times a day.

Rooms smells badly. No maintenance at all. Dirty bedsheets and Pillow cover. only view from hotel is positive part of hotel. In same price you can look for other options which are far best. I have visited on 15-june 24 with family. No help in early check in

Total ac system is under breakdown during 2 days of our stay. It was very hot. Hotel staff didn’t inform us about it till last moment. And wrong information passed on to us whenever asked

Property was good location is good, but hospitality is very poor ac was not working from 2 nights, and staff is giving false statements, service is very poor. Food buffet was not available whatever we asked good was not available. Overall was bad experience.
