This place is classic, beautiful and wonderful. The staff were beyond helpful and the food was perfect. Geremy was our server at Stickneys and he was perfect. Both nights dinner was amazing. The spa cost a little extra but was beyond worth it.

very disappointed with the greeting. the front desk acted as though it was an inconvenience to check in. no one was available or able to help clarify all the extra charges. it even costs extra $ to park… the hotel is out in the middle of nowhere and is already very expensive, so why do they charge extra to park? it’s not as though their is a public transportation option. seems so classless

For the money you pay the food should be far better quality staff is very good though attentive and accommodating though the pool and hot tub even at the spa needs updating especially at an Omni hotel

We have stayed here many times here. The service is always excellent! You can’t beat the mountains views and we hid some snow so it was stunning. Worth the price.

Place is so outdated the rooms and bed are so old and uncomfortable there’s no fridge or coffee maker in the room, they put the atV on the side of the room can’t even lay in bed and watch the only entertainment there is, it was so bad we cut our night stay to only one night and got the gell out of there, (it was nonrefundable) but we’d rather loose the money then stay another night miserable .. cool to visit don’t stay here

Overall we enjoyed our visit in the area. Admittedly we hoped the overall condition of the property would be a bit nicer kept up with while still maintaining the older charm, but it’s definitely still gorgeous. They are undergoing major renovations we’ve been told (and saw on our last morning at the property). Service was phenomenal, everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating. The grounds are stunning - highly recommend blocking off an evening to walk to the falls and enjoy how gorgeous the grounds are. The restaurants were hit and miss for us. Highly recommend Stickney’s - great steak that we’d go back for. Bretton Arms was an okay for us, good not great. 1902 was definitely a miss for dinner, but a must visit for drinks.
We visited the cave every night for late night drinks and enjoyed the bartenders who were super nice! Also loved the game room for a little late night competition.
Overall we wouldn’t visit again, but if you’d like to relax in nature could be a good time!

但是 这么贵的酒店不包早餐 28一个自助早餐 也没多少东西吃 主要是吃水果 1902餐厅吃的晚餐 味道倒是不错 但是很贵 连餐前面包都不送 还要买 6美金一份
这次住了这么多酒店 唯一一个有行李生帮把行李送到房间的酒店 因为它电梯实在是太小
介绍酒店的tour是真好 本来一个小时的tour 讲了一个半小时
前台的服务就很差了 办入住的时候要我信用卡刷了预授权押金 吃了两餐 以为就从押金里面扣了 回来打电话问银行 说是两笔预授权 一笔入账了253美金(餐费比押金贵了几美金) 是pos机消费的 另外一笔预授权还没有解除 不知道这是什么骚操作 我只住一晚 要扣我两笔预授权 第二笔入账的又是怎么用的pos机刷卡的呢 退房的时候又没找我要信用卡
