Great, grand hotel in a spectacular setting. The views of the fall colors on the presidential range are fantastic. The setting for the hotel is special. We enjoyed exploring the hotel and found many inviting places to enjoy.

Rundown needs refurbishing, old elevator. Worn carpets. Room clenliness id pitiful

The Mountain View was great the service at the bar for lunch was very very slow. The valet didn’t know how to park my car. The spa was excellent. Sickneys and the main dining room was excellent. The staff at the lunch service needs to be trained. They were rude and hid rather than work.

Waitstaff was great. I did not like having to pay for parking. There is not many choices close for entertainment or dining outside of the hotel.

Drinks on the porch looking at the Presidential Range. If you're staying in the Presidential wing be prepared for a lot of walking to get to and from your room staff couldn't be nicer or more efficient .

环境是真的好 漫山遍野的红色黄色绿色 层林尽染说的就是它吧 高尔夫球场拍出来像油画一样
但是 这么贵的酒店不包早餐 28一个自助早餐 也没多少东西吃 主要是吃水果 1902餐厅吃的晚餐 味道倒是不错 但是很贵 连餐前面包都不送 还要买 6美金一份
这次住了这么多酒店 唯一一个有行李生帮把行李送到房间的酒店 因为它电梯实在是太小
介绍酒店的tour是真好 本来一个小时的tour 讲了一个半小时
前台的服务就很差了 办入住的时候要我信用卡刷了预授权押金 吃了两餐 以为就从押金里面扣了 回来打电话问银行 说是两笔预授权 一笔入账了253美金(餐费比押金贵了几美金) 是pos机消费的 另外一笔预授权还没有解除 不知道这是什么骚操作 我只住一晚 要扣我两笔预授权 第二笔入账的又是怎么用的pos机刷卡的呢 退房的时候又没找我要信用卡
