While we are pleased to hear you appreciated the charm of the building, we’re genuinely sorry to learn that other aspects of your stay were disappointing. We sincerely apologize if our team’s attentiveness felt intrusive — our intention is always to provide warm and considerate service, and we will take your comments into account to better balance attentiveness with guest comfort. We’re also sorry to hear about the challenges you faced with the access road, however the bungalow is in the middle of a tea estate and the roads are generally of that state. To overcome this we provided you with a shuttle and we apologise if that did not suit your expectations. Your observations are valuable, and we are already working on several improvements to enhance the overall guest experience, including transport arrangements and room environment management.
