Super awesome place to go vacation where you fee surrounded by hills, greenery and natue. This property is inside the tea plantations and managed by few folks and very well maintained. Staff is very helpful. This is great location if someone wants to stay couple of days there with family or friends.

Good vibes but with many negative experiences. Ubaid gave us the wrong location of the property making us roaming around in wayanad. He kept calling since morning to close on what in lunch we wanted to eat but never told about the pathetic road that leads to property. Unaware about this my car got stuck on the narrow and badly broken road. A few locals helped us put the car out of it. After reaching there they were giving us rooms not of our choice saying not available but those rooms were not occupied. Their manager on the phone told these 2 cottages they can provide. Fearing about 2 family safety we accepted whatever they gave for starting with the good vibes that the property provides. Views are good but again Ubaid is not the right person for leading this. In morning breakfast he started cribbing for demanding more eggs and juice. They were giving only 2 items for breakfast keeping a cap of 1 egg per person!!! They are charging exorbitant money but cribbing on breakfast? Let alone when we came back home, their housekeeping had thrown our in room bag full of dry fruits, breads and other eatables. Upon asking ubaid gave us one bread packet and did not even apologize. There are no room service, no intercom. You have to call ubaid for everything and their breakfast starts post 8:30 am. Property is on hilltop and there are no eateries for miles. You have to be dependent on the hotel for everything. Ubaid cribs on fruit juices after providing a little juice, no fruit for kids. They do not have mineral water but have RO water which caused us a sore throat. Very expensive and extremely poor in service.

Our 4-night stay at Tea Terrace Vythiri (TTV) was simply mesmerizing. The luxury Spanish cottages spread over seven-acres tea estate sets you in tranquility as you sit, relax and admire nature's beauty each moment at TTV -- right from the rising sun, chirping birds, evergreen tea shrubs, artistic landscape, mountain peaks and then the sunset. Watching nature's bounty on TTV was really soothing for us and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. You can see the tea estate, coffee plantation at the backside of the resort and see various spice plantations. The resort’s partner Rafiq Sir makes you feel as if you are living in your own house and the staff, especially Ubaid, are very caring and always attentive to your needs. The chef prepared traditional dishes of Kerala for us, which we savoured every day and they tasted just as home cooked meals. The hospitality offered by Rafiq Sir himself throughout our stay was touching and he served us Sadya himself. The resort’s trusted driver-cum-guide, Sakeer, was with us throughout. In fact, he drove about 80 kms in the middle of the night in the hills to pick us up from Calicut airport at 4.30 am. As we cherished each moment of our stay, a visit to TTV is highly recommended to all. We promise, it will indeed be a once in a lifetime experience. We look forward to visiting the resort once again. See you Rafiq Sir next year!

Visited this place recently with family for a night's stay. Had wonderful experience, especially the sceneries, food and the service. Thanks to Ubaid, our caretaker who meticulously planned each aspect of our stay. Recommend this place for a peaceful vacation in the idyllic Vythiri hills.
