The gentleman at the front desk wasn’t friendly. The hotel need a true makeover. The room smelled from the moment we walked in. The carpet was old and the furniture looks as it was purchased from an old hospital room. Very dim lighting one of the lights didn’t work at all. There was some type of black bugs that lived under the bathroom mirror. Just terrible maybe this type of hotel is best fitted for a 3rd world country.

Bathtub was plugged and no coffee cups for coffee. Bed was comfy but pillows were hard. Seems to have gone a bit downhill the last few years.

World's oldest TV and the channel I wanted to watch froze every few seconds. Ruined the evening. Breakfast was all cold except waffles. Disappointed.

Staff was wonderful however I had two cockroaches in my bathroom as I went to run a bath. It was disgusting and I was irrate and had to leave I wasn't there but a few hours.

Staff was rude and inconsiderate of paying client’s needs. Always made us feel like we were inconveniencing them for simply being there. 0/10 would not recommend

Wish I would have known that it was under construction. Stuff all over. Noisy. Would have went somewhere else if I had known. Paint chipping off walls. Bad shape.

Cold shower. Bath tub had work in progress. People working in room while I was in there. I left cuz it was too loud. Walls were work in progress. Cold water for shower. One of the worst experience I’ve had with motel. I’m 68 years old. Lots of hotels. Only good thing was the employees. I will not visit again nor recommend it. Very unfortunate.
