The bathroom door in our room was off the track and didn’t work, so we had to get another room, and in that room the deadbolt on the front door didn’t latch. The place was decently clean and had a nice breakfast, but I would choose somewhere nicer if you’re paying this price on a hotel.

Very quiet, good breakfast, but they need to have more than 2 elevators running throughout the day. Overall recommend for an weekend getaway.

我没有得到我预订的房间。我预订了一间带特大床的房间。当我询问为什么没有特大床房时，我被告知*******更改了我的预订。我联系了*******，他们告诉我，一旦预订完成，未经我的同意他们就无法更改任何内容。我回到前台，另一个人告诉我，他们给我升级了房间，因为他们没有特大床了。我于 2024 年 12 月预订了 2025 年 8 月的房间。这个房间不是我想要的，也不是我预订的。我也没有被告知他们把我的房间送给别人了。我很困惑，一个有两张双人床和步入式淋浴间的房间怎么会是升级的呢。不过，早餐真的很不错。
