Room was in good condition. Bathroom could be cleaned better. Elevators need to be fixed would call to have an elevator sent up and would never get up to us. Would not recommend this place to anyone until elevators are fixed.

We left the first night because the fire alarm kept going off every 15minutes through the night starting at 3am and the night workers were shutting it off manually as soon as it would start. As far as I know there was no manager in sight. When we went back a few hours later, because my elderly mother left her denture container and fixadent and a phone charger, they said they never saw it and didn't understand why we would leave over something so small. I won't allow my family and friends to stay here due the holidays.

Nice clean quiet hotel in Edmond Oklahoma
The big fridge, microwave and plates and utensils are always great to have in your hotel room.
Firm comfortable ( and clean ) couch was really nice.

Pool was closed!! Ice machine did'nt work. Mattress had big dip in it.

The mattress on the beds old and very uncomfortable. The bathroom had a dripping shower and the commode run water all night. Would NOT stay there again.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, close to the highway yet secluded so felt secure. Enjoyed the convenience of a mini kitchen with residential fridge and microwave, dishes and utensils. Great to welcome pets. The breakfast ends early at 9 am, was fine with a good selection, and fresh fruit. The coffee ran out one morning at 9:15 am. The pool looked great but didn’t have time this trip.

Not the best Home2Suites we have stayes at. The floors need a good shampooing and rooms need a deep clean. Came in and oir room had 2 fake nails in closet area, hairs on bathroom floor, and food crumbs on floor. Clearly a rush cleaning job. AC worked amazingly!! Breakfast was ok at best.
