Clean room, the bed was very comfortable, let’s not forget the pillow. It was sweet dreams. The shower was hot and strong. Breakfast was delicious coffee was nice and hot.

The Quality Inn of Obeida, New York is a pleasant and comfortable Hotel. It is set well back from the road and can be difficult to see, depending on the direction from which one approaches. Placing a green lighted entrance sign on both sides of the driveway would make it much easier to locate in the midst of the surrounding business entrances.

Clean friendly stay
Very Clean. Small space but just what we needed for a quick local stay. Plenty of parking, easy, in and out and a limited small bite breakfast too.

The only bad part about my stay was being woken at 3am by people fighting in the hallway outside my room. Not the fault of the hotel but annoying none the less.

The area was what it was...the hotel however, was dirty. As soon as you walk in, the hallways wreaked of a stale odor, carpet and stairs looked dingy. They may have replaced the towels and bed but they most certainly did not clean. There was hair in the corners of the bathroom, under the toilet lid had stains, and the tub itself had a line of what looked to be a film of dirt that sits after the water drained. Needless to say, my husband and I showered in slippers. I understand places get busy, but I don't understand not cleaning properly. Customers do pay for this. I am disappointed that I was not comfortable where I had to lay my head and unfortunately, we checked in extremely late having to travel far.

Solid Upstate NY hotel
A solid hotel choice if you find yourself in Upstate NY for work or family, I like that there are two gyms near-by (Plan*** Fitness and the YMCA) plus all the big chain fast-food restaurants. Hotel is set back from the road so it is very quiet. Comfortable beds and standard small-hotel 'breakfast'. Only protein on tap was yogurts. Lot's of drink choices. Coffee machine was on all day which was nice.

The owner and manager was wonderful! He and his family were extremely helpful in making our stay very pleasant. This is a great hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I will definitely stay here again.
