The air conditioner in our room didn't work very well - a lot of moisture on window. Also the carpet was WET and the room smelled VERY MUSTY.

bed was hard - the trash out side was still fully on Sunday when we left it was already pretty full on Thursday evening when we arrived - room was nothing like it is posted on the internet

The staff - Bobby and Sheila were awesome host. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. When slow, they kept busy cleaning, which is why we love the place as it is very clean. A definite repeat hotel for us every time in Okabogi/Spirit Lake

The bathroom shower could have used a bit more attention. There were some stains on the carpet. Overall it was a good value for the money. Decently clean, the beds were good, I wouldn't call the room spacious, but it's enough to get by for a night. Wouldn't mind a place to put a suitcase.
