The pool wasnt in service which was the whole reason we booked thus place. They were power washing into the evening hours. The internet was not fast enough to do my work sufficiently.

Getting into the entrance & exit is a issue as the BW sneaks up at you when coming down the hill into Florence & leaving the parking lot in the evening can be tricky. Other than that all was good. We just stayed the one night as we were headed back home the next day.

The room was clean, I would have preferred a thicker blanket. We did ask for more blankets, but I think they forgot about us. For a continental breakfast it was good… I do wish the sausage didn’t look like it was microwaved.

Room was spotless. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot tub wasn't working. Large, beautiful room.
