It is not about the money, but let me highlight the worst service i went through. I consumed 1 egg and when i asked the staff to serve me one more piece, they silently escaped to the kitchen, i was wondering if he has gone to boil the eggs, but after waiting for almost 30 minutes, when i enquired him about the egg, he said 1 egg for 1 person. Such experience, i feel is a very ridiculous and inhospitable and having travel-led entire length and breadth of the country and also many countries across the globe, i haven't experienced this type of cheap class service. They cook very very limited food during the breakfast, and the limited 2 items that they cook also gets exhausted in just 2 servings. I faced a similar inhospitable experience previous day also with poori and bhaji. You never want to start your day with these people who serve portions in the bare minimum and inhospitable way. Also, your menu doesn't highligh the quantity of boiled eggs that you serve. It is not about eggs, it is about the cruel behaviour (you wasted my precious time) and inhospitable service. I would have paid for 1 egg, but the way you guys operate is inhospitable and troublesome for guests. You lost a good customer. The service of the staff is very very pathetic, they are very miser when it comes to service. Well this was my 2nd visit to this property but nothing has improved.

This is the best place to keep away from daily noise and live peacefully. Also the staff were excellent and most caring. I love them simply and can’t expect gratitude towards them. During my stay i felt sick, once they know that they helped me heal back by offering healthy foods and providing medicines as well. I went as a couple and felt very safe and secure during the stay. I would highly recommend this place for staying.

Location was excellent, peaceful, away from the city buzz. Has a nice vibe. Resort has a nice old rusty look with good aesthetics. Room were neat and clean. All facilities were nice. Limited but tasty food. . Nearby to all wayanad visit places. Definitely will visit again

Located 2. 5 km away from the main road. Situated on a small hill top. Look cute. Scenic surroundings. Room clean. Food very good. Room ac, hot water on gas available all time. Good locality. Wellness clinic ayurveda available on reasonable cost. Ayurveda physician is available for rejuvenating massage. Fairly good service. No telephone intercoms. But calm and peaceful night except bird’s chatter. No shaving kit for men. Room rent very reasonable and worth.
