We were literally the only guests in the hotel, and there are a few reasons for that. First we got a room with smelled badly mold. Also water didn't work. We got another room which wasn't moldy and it had water also. The restaurant/bar is open if the "chef" happens to be there. So usually not. We were asked to pre-book dinner from a few options. Dinner time was given. The food was somewhat edible. They said the dinner costs 170 dollars for two, which is overpriced but acceptable. Until we heard it's USD and not ECD. The waitress/receptionist didn't even seem to understand how ridiculous the cost was. In the morning the manager happened to be there, and we explained the situation for him. He said it has to be a mistake and the payment will be cancelled. Instead of cancelling the preauthorization, they charged it. In the morning same thing with the restaurant. The chef was not there, so someone cooked us something. Go to Calibishie instead. There are nice places and good food.

The staff were great, very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. However, the hotel itself needs some major improvements, especially the room. The AC was leaking, leaving a puddle of water on the floor, and there weren’t enough towels to soak it up. The couch and chairs were very worn out, when you sit down, you sink right into them, and the tables and counters were peeling at the bottom. There were several other small issues that could use attention as well. Overall, it’s a very beautiful hotel with so much potential, and we still enjoyed our stay thanks to the wonderful staff.

the property is nothing like the pictures. it was very unkept and smelt really moldy. Even the restroom at the reception area was below par for a hotel.
To get the rooms, the tiles in the hall are very slippery and sunked in ...be careful when walking down the steps as well.
In our room the toilet and the jacuzzi were not working. It was so bad i had to go all the way back to reception to request a room change.The second room smelt really moldy, we tried to air it out but here's where it went wrong. The reception stated that the security guard will bring us a fan to air out the new room, but on whatsapp she stated that i needed to come and collect ....its a good distance from the room. i was turned off by the atmosphere and lack of concern by the staff. I went to check out the same day (this was less than an hour after checking in) and the reception did not even have the courtesy to check me out and said that i should leave to the key with the grounds man. As we were loading the car i could hear the staff mockingly shouting "BYE!" i was really hurt.
The pool was so dirty and unkept. I have reached out to ******* for a refund and i am still unable to get any satisfaction from this ordeal. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE ESPECIAL BECAUSE OF THE MOLDY SMELL, BROKEN FACILITIES AND EXTREMELY UNHOSPITABLE STAFF. I DID NOT STICK AROUND FOR THE WORST

The hotel has seen better days and needs remodelling and updating. Lighting in passageway and rooms either non existent or very dim. Restaurant offering very limited as with the bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food albeit limited was very flavourful. The gardens were beautiful and well kept with a variety of plants & flowers. The shower was huge with great water pressure. The location was close to where we needed to be otherwise would probably not have been my choice

The property itself is beautiful the room was very nice and clean. I had an issue with ants in my bed which doesnt speak to the cleanliness of the room the staff us excellent. The hotel is a little remote. They dont gave readily available information in regards to tours and things to do. And it advertises that its on a beach and isnt even within walking distance.

on a hill, but over the hill
Shower tap could not be turned on, no light in corridor from door to bed. Rooms incomplete: no toiletries, one room no desk. Floor in hallway moved as we walked on it. In the bar: Sorry, no cola, no tonic, one orange juice, we have water, beer and liquor. Pool in picture seems to be taken with widescreen camera, but in reality is three small basins. The hotel advertises as luxurious but looks like faded glory. We saw only two other guests and therefore decided to eat somewhere else instead of trying the kitchen.

Accommodation itself is outdated. But very nice beds and super clean rooms with new ac’s. Very friendly staff and a beautiful location. Pool is nice. Food in restaurant is very good.

2025年8月入住，由第三方组织，抵达目的地后，惊喜地发现，主办方预订的团队房间不够用。入住房间后，房间没有打扫，空调坏了，他们事先装了风扇，酒店经调查后永久关闭。工作人员毫无经验，抵达当天的餐食四天都一样，早餐就更不用说了。在不断投诉后，一些人最终获得了200美元的赔偿。不得不说，主办方实际上是在最后一刻才透露酒店名称的。
