So safe and beautiful! Just wish the internet connection was less glitchy. Bathroom was lovely and we slept well. We look forward to our next visit.

Classic and beautiful
The hotel is beautiful and classic. Lots of restaurants to choose from and things to do close by. I only wish the bed and pillows were more comfortable! The room is spacious and lovely. Service was friendly and always available.

Seems the service lacked. their doors are heavy and open in an odd way. on 3 occasions I had alot of bags and no one helped. on the last run, someone asked to help after I needed the help. Such a great place that i expected service to be better

An absolutely beautiful hotel with wonderful amenities. The decor was gorgeous and there was attention to every detail. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Would highly recommend!

Loved everyone and everything except tall bartender at 2nd floor bar onSat night July 26. He was slow, did too much visiting with some customers. Short shot certain drinks. Me, I would fire him.

The staff was friendly and professional. It's a nice property. The only drawback was that our room looked directly out on all the rooftop mechanicals.
