Room was clean and quiet. Toilet didn’t flush right and we had trouble getting a hold of the night person to plunge it.

This property looks glamorous online, but the reality was very different. Our first room hadn’t been cleaned properly — there was hair all over the shower floor and even in the bed area, including full wads of hair. We asked to move rooms, but the second room had the same cleanliness issues, which made it clear this wasn’t a one-off.
For a $500+ weekend, this was incredibly disappointing and honestly pretty gross. To make matters worse, when we arrived late at night, the front desk staff didn’t greet us or offer any basic hospitality.
Overall, the experience was not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Pictures of the room we booked on ******* did not match what we got. Room had one tiny window, felt like a jail cell. Called ******* to work with hotel management to get us a room with windows, but they didn’t do anything and told us to take it up with the management instead.

When we first entered the room we found a bug on the curtain and hairs on the sheets. We called and they instantly switched our room. The rooms were alittle above average and it cost us $60 a day to park

This hotel was one of a kind. The decor, the high vaulted ceilings in the room made the look extraordinary. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The location was central to a lot of places. I will definitely be back!

Neighborhood was concerning and very loud until late at night. Cars and motorcycles racing down the street.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the blackout blinds in our room which was quickly sorted and we were offered a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. We also had a very early checkout and the valet staff were on it and had our car there early.
The hotel is in a good location. Bar in the hotel is fine, breakfast and service weren't great.

Amazing and kind staff! The hotel manager himself greeted us and went beyond to make our stay the most comfortable. Simply the best and walking distance from everything in town.
