Room (entire hotel) was very clean, which is my number one priority. Breakfast was good & liked the Notre Dame touches too

Great spot off the interstate. Beautiful clean room. Didn't arrive until late evening. The woman who checked us in was so nice and helpful (wish I could remember her name!) Would 100% stay here again.

My go to place to stay in South Bend
I’ve stayed here 3 times in the last year, and it is my go to hotel when I’m in South Bend. It’s clean, staff is friendly, and it is located close to everything you need in South Bend.

Excellent hotel. Comfortable room, great location, good parking, good breakfast, excellent service. However, we had a problem with theft from our room while we were away. I reported the incident to the hotel management and am awaiting a refund of the stolen items for items purchased in the city, with proof of receipt. However, my wife has not received a refund for a ring.

The room was much larger than I thought (2 queen bed suite) and everything was really clean and well-maintained. Mostly, though, the staff was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to visiting family and friends.

Above & Beyond
The hotel was good & comfortable, but after a horrible day/night of travel, the staff from two different shifts were amazing, and really helped us shake the bad taste of airline experience off.

We’ve stayed here many times and usually have a great experience, which keeps us coming back. This time was a little different. We were placed in a handicap-accessible room—not what we originally requested—but it was the only option available during our stay. We also asked for a king bed but received a different setup.
The tub drained very slowly, and although we mentioned it, we never received a follow-up call from maintenance as we were told we would. When we brought it up again at checkout, a maintenance team member said there had been a “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door, which may have caused some confusion. Still, we were told someone would reach out, but that never happened.
We’ll definitely be back, as this has been one of our go-to places, and we appreciate the overall experience. Just hoping for a smoother stay next time.
