Room was very clean. Last minute booking and front desk was friendly. Paid $50 cash deposit and received it back right after checkout after housekeeping confirmed to front desk room was clear. Would book again

This location is very convenient to UARK campus, dining and Walmart. The hotel is pet friendly and we did not have any trouble finding grassy areas for our pets. The room was comfortable and clean except for the floor. It was so dirty I did go to Walmart and bought a Swiffer Power Mop and mopped the floor 2x before the floor looked clean...other than in need of some updating this is my only complaint. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even when I arrived to breakfast after 9a, the female MOD made a fresh pot of coffee for me.
这个酒店平房的那种，阳光很大。第二天柜台续订99美元，后面几天我都是携程订了。退房时，说50美金押金已经退给我了，我听到手机响就出门上约好去机场的Uber，但一看手机，发现把我网上的订房，又扣了一遍，而且还有一笔50押金没退，返回柜台，她说经理没在，现在没有办法，然后强烈要求现在退房处理，她才打出单据，很不情愿的写了几行自，说是当天退给我到账。离开阿肯色几天后都没有到账，拖朋友去那里催问，还给visa提交异议，没有办法，去一次机票4000多，要回来了才2000多，在我不抱希望的时候，退给我了
越是这样的小城市 酒店越贵，没办法 需要去见客户，所以必须在客户周边找个酒店，快90美金的酒店，非常一般，不得不住！
不太理想
由于腿断了从附近的医院出院后需要找个住处，所以预订和入住的时间非常晚。办理入住时，我不得不按门铃，并通过免下车窗口与客人交谈，而且不允许进入大厅。我因为腿断了而要求入住一楼的房间，前台人员试图提供帮助。但在我卸车并帮助病人下车的整个过程中（接近午夜），楼上的人一直在大声地用 FaceTime 通话，播放着音乐。一进房间，一股浓烈的清洁用品气味扑鼻而来，地板又黏又滑。我的拐杖滑了一下，摔了一跤，不得不回去重新安装夹板。我马上去前台申请退款，因为我马上就要离开了，而且已经五分钟没进房间了，但被告知必须找*******。
很棒的酒店！！
我们入住期间的一切都堪称完美。房间干净整洁，气味清新，地毯干净柔软。唯一的“小问题”是窗框有点卡住，关不上，透不进一丝风，不过我相信这个问题很容易解决！浴室干净整洁，一尘不染。作为一个妈妈，独自带着两个孩子在这里过夜，我感到非常舒适和安全！
好多虫子！我房间里有个超大的捕虫器。我太累了，把孩子送到大学公寓后，连4.5个小时的车程都开不回家。要不是太累，我早就不住这儿了，直接开车回家。虫子和巨大的噪音把我吓坏了。
房子不错，很多地方都已装修完毕，看起来非常诱人。
