The only slight negative is that the parking garage is not connected to the hotel by a walkway, but other than that, everything was great.

The hotel had very friendly, kind staff, a nice breakfast and area to eat, free parking, and was very conveniently located. We were disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance and the room was only semi-clean. There was dirt/something brown on one of the pillows, the floor was stained, and the area around the trashcan had bits of trash all around the outside. I would stay again if the room hadn’t been so dirty.

They did not take down my license plate correctly and I got charged over $23 a night in the parking lot and then they told me that it was my fault that I did make sure the person at the front desk took down my license plate correclty. They also have terrible customer service. Never stay there

Window shade was RIPPED and I could not close it and the mattress on that bed was COLLAPSED. So it was bright from the lights in the area where it probably a bar and was facing the parking garage which was bright as well.. The bed was BRUTAL whomever is in charge of inspections should really take a look. I ACTUALLY WENT TO IMMEDIATE CARE AFTER THE STAY. I can send you the receipts if you like. I LOVE THE HYATT and this was terribly disappointing. I am just going to stay at the Marriot from now on.

The room is extremely clean, staff is very friendly, free parking with parking garage across the street and breakfast included. The room rates are very reasonable. Second stay and would definitely stay again.
