我最近入住了利物浦的贝斯特韦斯特酒店，体验非常好。从我抵达的那一刻起，工作人员就非常热情和乐于助人，办理入住手续也快捷方便。我的房间干净舒适，为我提供了一个放松住宿所需的一切。酒店位置很棒，靠近市中心，所以游览利物浦的主要景点非常方便。早餐很美味，种类也很多，总的来说，这家酒店性价比很高。我肯定会再次入住。

酒店很漂亮，床很舒服，房间很漂亮，一切都很干净，水疗中心、游泳池，到处都是。前台很热情，工作人员也很友好。
晚餐体验不太好，不允许在小酒馆/餐厅区域用餐，只能在酒吧用餐，感觉有点像候诊室。食物很一般。没什么可说的，不得不要求用小袋装的盐和胡椒粉送过来。
房间里的茶/咖啡/牛奶很少，只有2个杯子和玻璃杯，3个人共用。只是一些小细节被忽略了。
退房后不允许使用游泳池，为了保险起见，我每次住过的地方退房后都会使用游泳池，通常可以使用两个小时。
早餐感觉很混乱，人们在等着续杯，比如牛奶、麦片、培根……种类繁多，工作人员似乎不够。
员工很热情，泳池很棒，房间确实需要翻新，浴室的瓷砖缺失，我们另一间房间有主卧旧水槽散发出的异味，墙纸也从墙上剥落……只需要翻新
