Very charming family run hotel. The room was modern, spacious and clean. The food (we had half board so ate here every night) excellent with a good breakfast too. However the real stand out is the staff - SO friendly and helpful across the board. Cannot fault the service here which made our stay such a pleasure. Thank you Plattenhof!

Could Not recommend Platenhoff more. It has so much Austrian charm. The rooms were amazing (make sure to get a balcony) and the restaurant was so charming. Obviously it’s not the nicest hotel in Lexh, but given the price point, it could not have been better.

糟糕的入住体验，前台服务态度恶劣，早上6:30装卸货物噪音很大，早餐也很一般。一整天都没有热水，即使有了热水，他们的反应也漠不关心……然后还要付800欧元一晚？这家酒店绝对不配四星级。客户服务简直糟糕透了。
对于我们来说，四个成人和两个十岁左右的孩子，一切都很完美：气氛、房间（漂亮且有舒适的床）、服务以及优质而慷慨的 3/4 膳食。糕点师很棒。不要忘记的是游泳池和很棒的桑拿区。前往缆车站的滑雪巴士每二十分钟从酒店直接出发。对我们来说是一个完美的假期。
我们想在季前赛期间去滑雪几天，但不幸的是天气不配合。我们不可避免地在酒店待了更多的时间，从迷人的老板到服务人员，整个团队令人难以置信的友善和礼貌给我们留下了深刻的印象。食物很棒，客房服务很棒，我们在宽敞的健身区感到非常舒适。酒店紧邻滑雪场，有免费班车前往市中心。
