We have never had better customer service on any trip. The staff was amazing; helpful, kind, fun. We would definitely stay here again if visiting ATL.

出差亚特兰大参展，这家应该是展馆附近最便宜的酒店了，早餐不丰富但也吃的饱，早餐样式每天也会稍微换一下。卫生条件可以，走路七八分钟能到展馆。有评论说前台态度不好的，不清楚是怎么沟通的，没遇到这个情况。这个店可以说是低成本商务出行首选了
酒店靠主干道，货车，摩托车高速行驶过的噪音很大。要求更换安静点的房间，前台服务态度恶劣，没有想给换的念头。卫生需要特地提醒才会给打扫。就是早餐还算丰富。
这家酒店地理位置绝佳，但前台员工的态度平平，不太友好。早餐简直糟糕透顶，香肠泡在油汪汪的盘子里，我知道香肠本身油腻，但从没见过这样上菜的，毫无食欲可言。第一天，法式吐司条黏在一起，半生不熟。水果盘也从没添过。就这样的早餐竟然要价15美元，简直是疯了！不过，早餐服务员倒是挺友善乐于助人。停车费也离谱，每天45美元，就让泊车员把车停到50英尺外的地方。这分明是在宰人。我应该能自己停车，而不是急匆匆地从车里拿出行李、购物袋等东西。走廊里整晚都非常吵闹。竟然允许一些素质低下的客人当着其他客人和孩子的面大声说脏话、胡言乱语。我实在忍无可忍，不得不去跟一个女孩说了几句。这可是一家家庭友好的酒店啊，水族馆、可口可乐博物馆、百年奥林匹克公园都在步行距离之内。酒店员工不应该让这种糟糕的事情发生或持续。如果你需要毛巾、额外的毯子或其他任何东西，祝你好运吧，客房服务根本不打扫也不补充任何物品，我住到第三天了还是这样。你得打电话去要，但房间里的电话是坏的，我只好用手机给前台打电话。我不得不亲自去拿，结果那个工作人员还打不开布草间，因为门被锁了，他们又没有钥匙。他只好去一个空房间拿，真是无语。我住一晚花了200多美元，非常失望。不会再来了。宁愿去住那些价格过高、设施老旧的威斯汀酒店，然后打车去我们要去的地方。
早餐比较单一
房间很大，酒店很干净，工作人员很友好……我唯一不满的是代客泊车的费用是每天 55 美元，这是必须的。
