Had an excellent stay at Sterlung Coorg . THE VALLEY VIEW room was good size and we were overlooking the foggy valley. The property is situated amidst coffee plantations.. The restaurant staff was wonderful and so was the food. Bijay and Chef Manish went out of the day to make less oily and less spicy food for my mother.. Special vegetables were sourced for us...And my mother loved the food and the hospitality. The reception staff Jennifer was kind and she took care of us well.. All in all grt family resort with grt ppl and abt 3hr to Mangalore airport. Very elderly and child friendly resort.

It was a memorable holiday trip at sterling brookstoone...we like the place rooms espicelly we like the narure sorounding entiring resort...i would like to mention few crew member name who gave excellent service during our stay...mr.bijay who lead the team &sameer,gautam,himanshu and manager mr.sunil all are doing great job ...keep it up team....see u soon next time thankyou sterling brookstoone.

Such a nice experience at sterling Broome coorg...we came with my family we r enjoy here at coorg especially we like the food & services provided by the entire staff by Mr.Bijay service leader and glutamate,himanshu ,sameer ,ankit thanks to the kitchen team chef sanu,avibav,chef sunita.hopefull we will come back again...thank you team sterling

Its a very calming and relaxing stay here. The breakfast and dinner buffet is very nice, and Bijay, Sameer, Gautam helped and served us very nicely and enthusiastically. Property is well maintained and the valley view is breathtaking. The spa experience is also worth it. Only the road approaching the stay and the parking area needs improvement. Thanks you for such a wonderful stay.

We had a brilliant stay at Sterling Coorg.The staff is attentive,polite and accomodating.Especially the restuarant staff which was more than happy to check onour needs and suggestions.The property is clean,has a breath taking view and is comfortable.The last 2 kms is a challenge as it is in the midst of vegetation and having own car is desirable.All in all a 10/10 from me and my friends.

The resort is off the road, need to traverse through unpaved roads into an elevated area which is isolated for retreating into nature, but tricky to identify as there are no proper sign posts to indicate the accurate location of the off road roadway. We booked a Valley View Premier Room with Sitout, the room allotted at the time of check-in was a different room to the one reserved, and also of lower grade, we were informed that the allotted room is of the same grade (the bed, mattress, linen, etc was not clean) and does have a balcony to sit out, ironically the balcony and sit out are being obstructed by a giant tree which obscured the whole natural view of the landscape, upon enquiring further and being persistent with the request for changing of the room, eventually they relented and gave us the ground floor room pictured in the photo which are the actual valley view premier rooms, such dishonesty does not bode well for their reputation. Out stay was satisfactory after the initial lapse in hospitality, the food quality was average, not many varieties available either in breakfast, lunch, or dinner, tea/coffee were prepared well though, room service was good, restocking of toiletries, other amenities within room were adequately done. Overall stay was without any issues except at the time of check-in.

We had a great time during our stay at Sterling Coorg. Entire staff is very friendly and really took excellent care of us. A special thanks to the Kitchen staff (Swostik, Rakesh and Binod) and the restaurant service team (Bijay, Samir and Gautam) for variety, super tasty food and excellent service and hospitality. We had an overall very good experience at sterling. Staff was very helpful and friendly throughout. Special mentions to the restaurant team, chefs - Manish, Swastik, Bihad and the service team at the restaurant - Bijay, Sameer and Sunil for the delicious and special coorgi food.
