Brilliant. Nothing to fault and it exceeded my expectations. I would prefer to stay here than a premier inn/travelodge. The food was better than excellent, the staff were friendly, patient and polite. Very efficient and no negative feedback or comments.
The room was a tad chilly when I first got in and wasn’t too sure how to warm it up, but figured out in the end and it was lovely.
Would recommend to everyone. Thank you for having me and I look forward to staying again.

The rooms are big ,very clean really comfy beds,the staff are really nice cant wait to stop again

Matresses were very cheap and uncomfortable ,bath had ill fitting plug so bathwater did not stay in the tub ,shower had little to no pressure , breakfast was awful no real bacon ,beans and hash browns were luke warm at best.

太吵了！！
几乎吵了一整晚。
我住在底楼，听起来像一楼一直开派对到凌晨一点半左右。
这真的很糟糕，因为我作为一名高级执业护士，需要良好的睡眠才能安全地完成工作。
淋浴坏了！整晚都有嗡嗡声，影响了睡眠。
工作人员办理入住时态度很好，也很有礼貌。然而，当另一位客人给我们造成麻烦，而我本可以进一步投诉时，工作人员却似乎并不关心，既不帮忙也不体谅，我不得不联系旅行社才得以解决。这毁了我的周末度假，让我甚至想提前离开，这次旅行体验实在糟糕。
酒店位置优越，附近就有加油站，食物种类丰富，甚至还有一家 Greggs！交通便利，停车位也充足。
整体清洁度参差不齐，有些地方积了灰尘，床头灯罩略显陈旧，但功能齐全，床很舒服。浴室总体来说还可以，有些地方很现代化，有些地方则略显陈旧。
早餐还不错，但有些东西不合我的口味，培根我觉得很奇怪，不过因为是自助餐，所以我就没再吃了。他们有糕点、麦片吐司和各种调味品，还有果汁、水、茶、咖啡等饮料。
并非理想的过夜之选
这家酒店显然是在收容了寻求庇护者后最近重新开业的。清洁工作很差，整体装修也很差。我们才发现曾经很棒的酒店餐厅已经不复存在了。早餐的售卖和服务都糟糕透顶——我以前从未在酒店的早餐区烧水烧水，而且如果有孩子在场，显然存在公共卫生和安全问题。现在我知道了，这里主要是一个廉价的过夜住宿点，主要供商人等居住，并不适合老年人或自驾游的情侣，但这是我的错，我没有查看评论，而是记住了2020年之前这里是多么好。至少旁边的车库有电动汽车充电桩。酒店停车场的垃圾桶里堆满了垃圾，我觉得晚上有必要锁上方向盘！
太糟糕了
视频和照片说明了一切。浴室风扇噪音超级大，浴室门坏了，暖气片融化了，极其危险。
