The room was clean and comfortable. The lighting was really nice in the room and we liked the flooring. There was a nice large size refrigerator and freezer. Some of the staff members that we interacted with were friendly. We missed having all day coffee as some properties provide. We thought we were told there would be coffee until noon, but when we went to get some at 10 AM we were told that coffee was over. We managed with the small coffee maker provided in the room. The ice machines were broken, so we had to ask for ice. There were limited towels in the room, so we had to ask for more towels, which were provided the next morning. There was no hairdryer, but thankfully we didn’t need one this time. Many of the TV stations did not seem to work very well and did not come in clearly. The hand held shower head was installed quite high, which would make it difficult for some people to reach. Those were all small things. Most important to us was that the room was clean and comfortable and free of any bad odors, so for that reason we would stay here again.

We rented a suite with a spa tub. The room was great for the price. We settled in and then started to get ready for our dinner reservations. When my husband went to shower there was no hot water. There was hot water in the bathroom sink faucet and in the jacuzzi tub. When we got back from dinner we told the office of the hot water. He offered us to move room but we did not want to move that late. We asked for somewhat of a refund but he laughed in our face and asked if we wanted to checkout now (9pm). We told him we have no where to go why would we check out. Luckily we were able to take old style baths in the jacuzzi tub!

The room was pretty clean. There was only one person I saw that was the receptionist. She was kind but the ice machines were not working, she had to get ice for me. Also, the breakfast was not complementary, you had to actually purchase it! Only thing free was coffee! This was my wedding night with my husband and we were pretty disappointed!

I'm sure, once upon a time, this was a nice hotel, but it's just poorly maintained. The advertised lounge is not in operation. Its elevator is out of order. The outdoor pavilion is unkept, with cigarette butts all over the place.

The tub plug didn’t work in the shower. I had to stuff washcloths in it to keep the water from going down the drain. The water trickled out of the tub spout as well.

Read the reviews beforehand and a lot of them were not accurate. This hotel is cute place to stay and really friendly staff. Yes does have some flaws but it looks like they are redoing stuff. If you have massively high expectations then stay somewhere else instead of leaving this hotel bad reviews.

Almost no rear parking lot lighting. Ice machines not working, one was missing. One elevator was out of order. Couldn't open the room window because the window screen was broken out of the frame. Poor shower water pressure.

Staff friendly but hotel ok
Staff was friendly but hotel is in need of a lot of maintenance. One elevator was out of order, paint was spotty in hallways and around doors. The elevator that was working has a puddle of water in it, no coffee maker in rooms, outside landscaping was less then desirable. Shower was absolutely horrible no water pressure and very little hot water.
