Washrooms are very small and basic. rooms are like a basic lodge. Linen was not that clean either and room was smelly.
Service was great though.

The hotel is conveniently located in Ratlam just before the entrance to NE4. Stayed there with my family on my way to Delhi from Pune. Safe for family, especially for an overnight stay with kids.

我们订了一间 3 人间（房间号 355，2 晚 3 天）。1）房间没有打扫，房间里到处都是亮光。2）他们没有茶咖啡壶，我们问的时候，有人过来只给了我们水壶，没有茶、咖啡、糖、牛奶等。给了袋子。3）浴室的排水沟堵塞了。4）最后一天，浴室的水流进了房间。5）3 个人住的房间里只提供了一瓶水。6）alcart 的早餐选择很少。
对讲机丢失，甚至按要求也没有安装，房间没有打扫，没有人收拾食物盘子。接待人员的反应最差。
早上 8 点前台打来电话，要求退房再办理一次入住。标准退房时间为 12 点。这太糟糕了
房间很脏，工作人员在国际上表现出很笨拙的房间。这是一次糟糕的体验，不推荐家庭入住。
非常凌乱。而且不干净。他们改变了四星级酒店的价格，但服务却是普通酒店
