Great place to stay nice clean rooms comfortable beds staff so nice I will be staying there again everything is in walking distance

The parking lot was more like a hangout spot when i arrived. There were people parked and sitting out. There were roaches crawling around in the room. The tub was dirty

Stayed there with my 2 kids in a double bed paid for 3 nights on the second night my daughter got sick and soiled the sheets so naturally we went to the desk it was around midnight so the guy was upset that we woke him and then goes on too insinsit that he needs 25 bucks for new sheets mind you the room is only 30 bucks a night also when we check in i had to go to the Walmart to get cleaning supplies and a new shower curtain the one that was in there had been hanging since the place opened oh and we had roaches also i know the south has roches but when running a business you may wanna keep that in check anyways I will never ever bust that horrible place again worst experience ever oh and the guy threw my credit card at me when handing it back Horrible People

I just want to applaud the Indianola hotel and staffing. They are about what they advertise. People need to stop sleeping on them. They are the truth. I travel here for work purposes during the storm so I would not have to travel in it and also is a convenient set up for me. I loved it so much I had to do it again. And your housekeeping staff is A-1 alongside the front desk staff…

They were remodeling. The stairs were like aerobic workout steps, no phone was in the room, the TV kept needing to be reset, and the power went out (lasted 2hrs).

We made this property through *******, and had zero issues at check-in. The gal who checked in was so accommodating, sharing with us all the hidden great dining places in the area. She was so kind and after a long day of traveling, we were so grateful. Thank you for a great stay.

Room was pretty normal. The two star ratings are for roaches in the room and pieces of the ceiling falling off.
