The room was very clean and amenities were great! And the shower was beyond any expectations. Every staff I encountered was so helpful and kind. I am ready to come back!!!

uncomfortable bed. Extremely outdated building and rooms. Changed the room yet still was uncomfortable. Bad food options. Not the quality I expected for $350 a night.

All of the above excellent service, I will be going back very soon, towards the end I feel a little bit because the last three people didn’t get tips, make sure you have those 20s on deck for the workers working in the weather conditions, if you ain’t got it, you shouldn’t be going big facts, but the three I miss I got you when I get back Big facts

The staff were incredible 10/10.
We were surprised at the lack of care in the amenities. The pool and hot tub in the locker room were especially disappointing. It was kind of a surprise too to see that things like the sauna and coffee area were never available during our stay.
I’m also concerned there may be a glitch in their system that is meant to notify people when their room is ready. We showed up a little early with no expectations of getting in and the kind woman behind the counter took us through the check in process and that we’d be all set. they’d send a text when our room is ready. We waited for 35 minutes pass check in time and finally went back to see if our room was ready. We’re not upset at any of the staff about this- they are all clearly doing their best!

Spotless room and great amenities. Only downfall is parking being so far. They do have free valet but don’t like using valet.

我们被告知房间准备好后会收到短信。但从来没收到过，不过我们晚上出去玩回来时房间确实准备好了。床上贴着个小牌子，告诉我们他们在我们到达前铺了干净的床单。谁会这么做？地毯看起来好像一个月没吸尘了。东西一直粘在我的脚底。然后我开始往上爬了一大堆。真恶心！我们到的时候，有一部电梯在运行，通往停车场。最后不得不走楼梯。第二天早上，所有电梯都停运了。我们去TAPS吃午饭。我们坐下后，没有人擦吧台。他们把菜单拍在我们面前，就再也没有回来。10分钟后，我们旁边的那对夫妇，他们比我们早到，却没有人服务，我们就离开了。那里有三个调酒师，他们都不忙。我们不会再去了。
