Had to make reservations because of weather couldn't fly out. Then was able to fly and wanted to cancel our reservation they wouldn't and we still got charged the whole price. There are way better options in ketchican I would not stay at this place. Lots of rats in this hotel. It's January they had alot of vacancies so no reason to charge full room price for canceling.

Enjoyed the stay. Had a maintenance issue with the shower head and they immediately fixed with a different room.

Beautifully views from this rustic hotel. This hotel has a real quaint Alaskan hunting style hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Great trails around this hotel which leads to the town of Ketchikan. Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful!

This is the nicest place to stay in Ketchikan. We've stayed before and it was very nice. This time however it was nice but not great. The house keeper only cleaned our room twice in a 6 day stay and even then she arrived ready to go home when she was done (when she arrived, she had her purse on her shoulder and no cleaning cart). She asked us if we wanted her to clean our room and when we said yes she came in, straightened up a few things and then left. The rest of the staff was great and made us feel welcomed. We will be staying there again in the future and I'm sure it will be better.

We left our cruise ship and booked a room instead of flying back that day as we wanted to watch the NFL games of family players, BUT when we got into our room the TV did not work. We went in to the lobby but this TV did not feature the live games. We then needed to book a taxi ($15 + $4 tip each way.) We needed to go the the Catholic church for the 5pm Mass and got directions from the staff and they called a Taxi. We later learned that they provided shuttle service but we ended up spending $60 on taxi's. We also did not have a working coffee maker in our room so went out again for coffee. The heater and fan made a horrible noice when turned on so left it off. VERY DISAPPOINTING & ADDED EXPENSES!

Bar and dining room understaffed so service was inconsistent. Food great! Latte bar closed. Shop has nice things but understaffed. Nice hot showers. And plenty towels. Outside under construction. Great view of harbor.

Would book this hotel again.
We stayed else where at first, but our last day we decided to change stay locations to fox lodge. It was a good decision. Although we found a open bottle of alcohol under on of our beds and we woke up with a body aches, due to beds beds being so soft. It was an amazing stay. It was clean it was roomie and conveniently located.

Location was good. Restaurant is okay but $$$. Rooms are decent.
The front desk ladies were rude.

We hald a business training for three days at Cape Fox Lodge. The accommodations were excellent, staff attentive, and our stay was enjoyable.
