We have tried and tried to cancel this stay. We ended up driving through Duluth on the 10th... which is the day we were going to stay in Duluth. but we could not find any email or anything to cancel this. your company had a rate for us to stay on the 10th, but then it shows nothing on the 10th but for the 20th. I got info today from the hotel and i called your number and spoke with Gray in the Phillipines. she was very nice and said that she would get the refund going and we would hear in 15 minutes or so. That was 3 hours ago. Plus the lady at the hotel said she would start the cancellation once they heard from *******... so something is amiss. We went to see our son and daughter in law ad needed to get back home. Please put our cancellation through and refund our debit card. Thank you for your help in this matter. Sincerely, Violet Deemer

When you made the reservation, you selected the prepaid option and paid ******* directly at the time of booking. The air conditioning worked well but was noisy. When we arrived, the refrigerator was not turning on. We called the front desk staff, who came and plugged it into a different outlet. The refrigerator then started working. Staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean, but is starting to show wear. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast offerings are minimal. Parking was suitable.

Very noisy air conditioner. Very limited breakfast. However, even though the room was basic, it was clean. The bed was also comfortable.

A very nice stay for myself, my husband and 2 year old son. It was perfect for us with it being quiet, clean and safe. Overall, great stay!

Good visit
The property is well maintained, flowers weeded, carpet clean and everything in the room worked well. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The staff were helpful, especially helping us get a refund for the last day of the reservation when we left a day early.

Just pay the extra for a better hotel
Front desk guy didn't have any answers to any questions I had. The only vending machine wouldn't take any kind of payment. Tv didn’t work in the room. Blankets were paper thin. Cigarette burns all over. Dust everywhere! Feels like I should be paid to stay here not the other way around.

Bed coverings were threadbare with some discoloration, carpet felt eerily damp to bare feet. Hot tub and sauna were small and so filled with people we couldn't get in. Grossly overpriced. Staff was friendly but I wouldn't stay here again.

Room was very clean. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24 hrs a day in lobby. Breakfast wasn't huge but selection was not bad. Would definately stay again.
