It exceeded my expectations. Both desk clerks were very friendly. Breakfast was limited but sufficient. I wasn't expecting an Embassy Suites omlet bar. Easy access from the interstate with dining options.

The front staff was good, but the room was not too clean. Bathroom more specifically, the bathroom door had like lotion or something smeared on it. Loved the location, though.

Very clean room bathroom especially beds and outdoor pool was very clean, nice breakfast staff was nice and friendly. Very quite pleasant stay really enjoyed

Easy check in , quite and the air-conditioning wasn't to noisy... We did have a issue with some very stained towels that were there for use but I just asked for some more and all was good... Very friendly staff...

Bad stay
The outside of the hotel looks like a dump, trash everywhere. We were there two nights they did not clean our room(even though we pay a cleaning fee) we had to go to desk to ask for clean towels and trash bags for the trash. Tub/shower was very stained no stopper in it. Price was way more than what should have been for the room. Maids were very rude when I ask them for towels. TV did not pick up but two channels. I will never stay at this dump again.

Hotel is old needs to be updated. Towels were so cheap that they did t even soak up the water Room was not very clean. Tub had stains all in it. Not worth the money for sure

The room was great. I tried to chang my dates with *******. They would not cancel or change my date. So i ended up paying for 2 nights. Very disappointed. Wont use them again!
