Worst experience during check out!!! Lovely ran my card at least 6 times!!!! Had my bank send text message to my phone for fraud. Checked in July 31 and the full amount was charged to my account. Checked my account as soon as she swiped it. When checking out Lovely said it kept declining. I told her multiple times showed her on my phone the transaction was taking. She said it was ok to go. Soon as I’m walking out she ran it again!!!!! Won’t be staying her again. Couldn’t use my card to get home for food gas etc…never experienced this with a hotel. And I booked through ******* smh

I enjoyed the staff…very welcoming and friendly. The property was well maintained. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was not my favorite but it got the job done. I would definitely stay again.

Was not on the beach but was a very good location. The Hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly. Fresh coffee was always in the lobby. Would definitely stay again.

Great, friendly service, not only to me but drop in visitors looking for a room to stay. No rooms available but he offered suggestions of other properties close by to check. He told me of the amenities and told me to call down if I needed anything.

Generally, the place is very clean. The carpet in the room was a problem like when we stayed here a few years ago. It doesn't smell musty, but it's obvious that the high humidity in the region doesn't help when trying to keep carpet clean. Our feet got dirty just walking across the carpet which is the main thing I would really have a complaint about. The breakfast was the usual warm breakfast choices. Was disappointed that they didn't have the biscuits I remember from our last stay. They added the full size dispensers in the bathroom which was great! No need to bring shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap or lotion as there should be plenty. The top sheet on the king size bed seemed a bit small, otherwise the bed was reasonably comfortable, especially if you like a firm mattress. Heard that they are planning for some remodeling, so hopefully, the carpet will go. I would definitely stay here again though. The staff was top-notch!

The 1st room we checked in had a live roach in the mini-fridge. We were moved to a 2nd room which had less thsn stellar air conditioning. After 2 different staff tried to "fix" it, the maintenence guy said thst there was nothing he could do and some rooms had great ac and others just had decent ac. This is ridiculous for a Hilton property!

We were on a road trip. This was the only hotel that didn't have any issues. The air conditioning worked, the pool was open, the elevator worjed andvthey had a wonderful breakfast. The property was clean and the staff was great!

It was only 10 minutes from the beach even in traffic. The place was very clean and staff was all friendly. Had some noisy neighbors above us but they got quiet before it became a problem for me.
