Upon arrival the front desk clerk wasn’t friendly. No smile, no greeting. We had room #106 (handicapped accessible room) the only thing that was handicap accessible was the bathroom. Hardly any room to move around the room. Don’t stay in this room Unless you want woke up @ 4:30-5 AM EVERY morning. The slamming of cabinets and drawers from the kitchen. Plus the bed was very hard at the top half, like there was a board underneath.
We went to checkout and had the same clerk. She was exactly the same as check-in. This time she said have a great day. Expression less again.
Needless to say, we will not be staying there again.
Food was okay. At least it was included with the room.

The room was very clean. I guess the lady from the front desk ran up and wiped it down again before we went in so the smell was a little overwhelming when we first walked in. After that smell went away, there was a musty smell. Overall, good experience with the room. The pool was a little dirty, not a big deal. The same lady from the front desk called us about 15 minutes before our check in to tell us the TV was broke. Unfortunate for them but didn't bother us. I appreciated the call beforehand though. She was very sweet. I don't remember her name but she was the blonde girl working Saturday afternoon on October 11th. Overall was a decent experience.

Worst experience during check out!!! Lovely ran my card at least 6 times!!!! Had my bank send text message to my phone for fraud. Checked in July 31 and the full amount was charged to my account. Checked my account as soon as she swiped it. When checking out Lovely said it kept declining. I told her multiple times showed her on my phone the transaction was taking. She said it was ok to go. Soon as I’m walking out she ran it again!!!!! Won’t be staying her again. Couldn’t use my card to get home for food gas etc…never experienced this with a hotel. And I booked through ******* smh

I enjoyed the staff…very welcoming and friendly. The property was well maintained. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was not my favorite but it got the job done. I would definitely stay again.

Was not on the beach but was a very good location. The Hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly. Fresh coffee was always in the lobby. Would definitely stay again.
