We have stayed at this property every year for the past decade. We have always enjoyed our time out here with family. Highly recommend catching morning sunrise from the beach. The vibe is very pleasant and accommodating, you will not be disapppointed.

I booked a 3 bedroom villa and I got 2 hotel room separated. I wanted to spend Thanksgiving with my family together and I got threats because “supposedly” noise we were doing. I couldn’t have a nice dinner because of their mistake. They just apologized and that was it.

Fantastic location, beach is steps away! We had a beautiful sunrise view from our room. Comfortable, clean villa. I will definitely be making a return visit.

Our villa was just beautiful and so comfortable. We stayed in the Sea Dip section of the villas. Beautiful oceanfront view from the balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in Sea Dunes 1633. Room was dated, but clean and comfortable for one night. The grounds are lovely. The pool is a little bit of a walk from the sea dunes unit. Would stay here again.

This place was fantastic. Customer service was amazing. We stayed at one of the villas through the hotel and absolutely loved it. There is a trolley that will pick you up and drop you off anywhere in the resort area promptly and free of charge.
Everyone friendly. Clean. Food was amazing. 10/10

The staff was courteous but I felt like Jack on the Titanic when I let them know I was staying in the villas as opposed to the main building :-)
The room was nice, but there was only one tiny trashcan for a three day stay — so that was an issue as well.

Room floor was dirty, land line to contact guest reception was ancient and full of static. Walls all dinged up. Needs a fresh coat of paint on the inside. Fridge was nice to have but freezer was on fritz and iced over everything.

The Villas at the tennis courts had a very strange layout-couldn’t get in closet because bed too close, kitchenette in the bathroom. Pickle court behind villa loud-people playing before 8am. Check in and check out process not good-no maps available, printer broken, confusing instructions
