Overall good experience, breakfast was under my expectations for a hampton inn hotel. Room and customer service meet expectations. Checkin and out was fast and efficient.

Check in was a breeze. The staff are extremely nice. I highly recommend this hotel. If I ever come back to Claremore, we will definitely book this hotel!

I have always loved Hampton Inns and never had an issue until last night. Check in process was great but when got to room it was dirty. Unswept, hairs on side on mattress and hairs under top sheet.

Easy parking, easy access to room. Buddy took great care at check-in and made a long day of travel better with the ease of everything and the great room! Thanks!

Need more attention to detail such as no soap in bathroom, ice machine broken, refrigerator needed defrosting, etc.

For the most part the hotel is as expected and on par with other properties in the chain. However I was less than satisfied with the housekeeping. During a 4 night stay I think housekeeping visited the room only once, and then only after a complaint to the front desk. During that visit they only replenished the towels and emptied the trash, nothing more.
It is also worth noting that the hotel is only a couple hundred yards from the local RR tracks. Trains pass by blasting their horns about every hour, 24/7 making sleep difficult for light sleepers not accustomed to such noise.

The hotel was in excellent shape in all areas , the room was beautifully clean, the staff was very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone needing to be in this area.

No shower curtain, bath mat, clock in room. Coffee maker in room missing a piece. Train crossing/train whistle will disrupt light sleeper. Footsteps on floor above too noisy. Stains on nightstand. No easy way to plug in CPAP machine.
