Front was torn up, no valet or help, place seemed a lot less nice than I thought it would be. I thought this was a 5 start hotel and it was more like 2-3. The room was nice but the rest was nothing and the staff did nothing. It was okay but the holiday inn is better

Hyatt Place Hotel is Fine
The hotel was fine, except for two issues: The fitness room was tiny! There were 3 of us in there at the same time, & we were stumbling all over each other. Additionally, there was an $11.00 fee for breakfast. I live near a Hyatt Place hotel, & my friends stay there often. Breakfast is always free. A good point: The Housekeeping staff were very helpful to me, when I asked for additional coffee supplies.

房间还算干净，但入住3晚，只打扫过一次房间。位置方便，出去购物吃饭都非常方便
都还行，中规中矩，十来年没变化～
