酒店周边有购物和餐饮,停车免费,早餐也还可以的,美式早餐,房间的床品感觉很舒服,酒店有冰水和冰块🧊供应,还有一个室外泳池。
我们到的时候很晚了,只是路过暂住一晚。
前台那位女士非常不友好,好像更想回去看电视。
房间很干净,住一晚也够了。
早餐是典型的美式风格,但还是有一些选择。
房间订错了,不过还可以接受吧。。性价比好,价格不贵的了。有早餐,品种不多,但是也是可以接受的。本来也就是路过住一晚。卫生设施都还可以。。
前台接待人员专业且乐于助人,询问附近设施时非常热情。我们一进房间就闻到一股清新的气息,房间看起来也很干净。我们住的是两张大床的房间,毛巾数量足够四个人使用。泳池区域也很干净,不过泳池里的过滤器如果能再完善一些就更好了,因为里面有一些死虫子,孩子们不太愿意和它们待在一起。如果以后有机会再来这个地区,我肯定还会选择这家酒店。
我们大约上午11点到达酒店,发现门锁着。前台接待员去开门,但她并没有给我们开门,而且她没有笑,看起来很不耐烦。房间里有一股味道,可能是烟味或宠物味。在我们退房的那天早上,客房服务人员开门叫醒了我们。难道他们没有房间入住记录或者其他方法来知道客人是否退房吗?我也不知道这家酒店允许携带宠物。选择这家酒店是我的错,或者是我没注意,因为我们遇到了一个非常吵闹的邻居,它早上6点就到了,然后就一直不停地吠叫。

113号房间的景色不好。其他房间都能看到不错的泳池景色。
宠物区只有两棵棕榈树和一块6x6英尺的泥地。
凌晨5点噪音很大,而且这间房正对着配电室,配电室一直发出尖锐的噪音。两个灯的USB充电器都不能用。
不过,房间很干净也很舒适。
酒店规定大堂会锁门,但我房间的出口却在大堂里。我不得不赶在出口开之前离开,却被告知要么等着,要么绕道后门。我和家人一起,带着六个行李箱。酒店员工态度恶劣,很不友好,拒绝理解我的处境。
抵达时房间太热了。虽然我们不希望他们在抵达前把空房间降温到过高,但如果抵达时温度低于95华氏度(约37摄氏度)就好了。直到半夜才终于凉快下来。
在这种情况下,宽敞舒适的房间反而对我们不利。
房间还算干净安静,但迎宾的热情让人难以忍受。
气味难闻,早班工作人员服务态度不好
晚班前台工作人员忘记激活房卡,所以我不得不从酒店对面的房间跑一趟前台。晚上我们去泳池的时候,泳池里弥漫着一股浓重的垃圾味。泳池毛巾不见了,我不得不再跑一趟前台。当我忘记/申请另一张房卡时,早班前台的女士态度很差。
去别的地方吧!!!
这家酒店地段非常糟糕,我担心我的车一整晚都出问题。他们没有电梯,而且我下午6点入住的时候,一楼的房间似乎已经没有了。我两个月前做了手术,儿子腿筋受伤了,爬楼梯非常困难。外面温度超过100华氏度(约37摄氏度),我们一进房间,就发现房间里非常热,温度肯定也超过100华氏度(约37摄氏度)。我们立刻把空调开到最大,然后离开了房间。大约3个小时后,我们回来时,房间温度只降到了大概90华氏度(约32摄氏度)。床非常硬。我女儿洗澡时滑倒了。没有浴缸垫、扶手,也没有淋浴杆。一周后,她的肩膀上仍然有瘀伤。因为太热,她睡得很糟糕。我不得不把脚放在空调上面才能感受到冷风。凌晨两点左右,大厅里的烟雾探测器开始鸣叫,一直持续到早上八点左右。我打电话给前台,但没人接。我们本来打算住两晚,但后来决定换个地方。房间本身很普通,而且基本干净。入住人员很友好,我们离开时接待的那位女士也非常乐于助人。我的住宿费本来是不能退款的,但酒店员工很好心地退还了我们第二晚不住的95%的房费。我们不会再来了。
