I had a very pleasant stay at the Super 8 in Newcomerstown, Ohio. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was clean, and everything in the room worked as it should. It was also quiet at night, which made it easy to rest. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy, and they were helpful whenever I had a question. The location is convenient, close to the highway and nearby food options, which made traveling simple. Overall, this is a great place to stay for the price. Clean rooms, good service, and a comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Newcomerstown area.

Harassed by the staff at night to the point where I was literally questioned about how many articles of clothing I was bringing in I actually had to tell the man to lay off. He was absolutely ridiculous slamming the door every time that I walked out the hotel room door to go get something out of the car it wasn’t my fault that they only have one door open at night, which would be the main door then the third time that I walked by the lobby he actually came out and confronted me and yelled at me and questioned me and interrogated me like he was a police Officer. It was the worst day I have ever had in my life at a hotel and I have stayed at a lot of hotels. I don’t know how this hotel even stays in business. They treat people that are paying good money for trash rooms like trash I rented the king suite I had to have $100 deposit and I did not get it back because she has to go and inspect the room herself and because the bed was wet not the bedspread but the bed itself because my boyfriend had just gotten out of the shower. She refused to give us our deposit back, which tells me they don’t even wash those sheets disgusting

It was really nice and comfortable and clean . Superb stay in super 8 excellent place and comfortable and great location and very affordable and friendly staff thank you . Great atmosphere and breakfast was fantastic. Rooms we're clean and the beds is soft and comfortable no problem sleeping and the air conditioner works great. Thank you

Stayed there last weekend. When we got up Saturday morning there was absolutely no hot water the husband and wife that owned the hotel both came down sorry no hot water. Probably due to the two hot tubs upstairs. I also heard others complain that they had no hot water. In the process of having everybody look and verify there is no hot water we all miss breakfast and when I said something to the guy that owned it he said yes you missed it and laughed. I said I missed it because everybody was there looking at our hot water. There were dead spiders in the room there was a live one in the corner of the bathroom. The rooms weren't very clean and the pillows were very hard and flat. Will never go back to that one again.
