酒店很美，服务也非常好，早餐丰富，味道也不错。但餐厅区域不大想感觉有点拥挤。酒店外面的夜市小街不错，美食、饮料、零食，都很方便。海水质量稍差一些，白沙滩的水质更好一些。
酒店离机场差不多20分钟车程，酒店门口有ATM机，在ATM机器对面有个夜市，晚上吃饭很方便。酒店早餐大部分都是法国那种，沙拉和印度，韩国菜。
中国人来酒店很少，所以，早餐都是给这些国家人的。
旁边有PULLMAN和 SOL media酒店，感觉还是这个NOVOTEL位置好，
酒店位于岛的西南位置，那片区域都是度假酒店，这个酒店斜对面就是富国夜市，步行1-2分钟就到。富国夜市里大都是海鲜餐厅、韩国餐馆，所以整体价格比较高。听说阳东镇的阳东夜市稍微便宜一点，但是我们去了，价格也不算特别便宜吧。离酒店步行大概8-10分钟的地方有一家当地很热闹的KING KONG超市，里面东西便宜，而且应有尽有，可以去逛逛。
酒店提供自助早餐，品种比较丰富。
服务也很好，有人接待，有机场免费接送的班车，2小时一班，可以提前通过邮件或者电话预定。
房间设施没有网上说得那么老旧，我觉得挺新的，每天有打扫，干净。
酒店驱虫做得也不错，每周两次固定时间做大环境驱虫。所以阳台、房间基本没有蚊虫，只有最后一天逃进一只蚊子被咬了几口。
插座，如果用两眼插头的话是不用转换头的。
第一次碰到酒店大清早8点20就敲门✊打扫卫生、每天早上都是8点多就敲门打扫卫生、都不知道怎么想的？很多地方的诺富特酒店我都住过、包括普吉岛的诺富特酒店也没有这么早就敲门打扫卫生的、真的服了……还有就是这酒店隔音很一般、有很多房间是通联房、和隔壁房间就隔了一个木门、隔壁晚上的声音一清二楚…带着小孩入住听到隔壁声音真的不太好！当然酒店也有优点、优点就是靠海、风景还不错、酒店泳池小孩很喜欢、早餐也还OK、至于酒店前台服务就很一般、总的来说富国岛的诺富特没有普吉岛的诺富特服务好、另外富国岛旅游氛围真的不如泰国、就是名字起的好、度假还是首选泰国吧
酒店位置，海滩，泳池，房间，春节这个价格，性价比很高了。酒店对面的夜市好吃好逛，特别推荐Mr seafood这家韩国人开的，干净卫生，又好吃。
酒店设施虽然有点旧，但是硬件还是很棒，有两个泳池，有自己的沙滩，小朋友在沙滩玩的很开心。前台服务人员都很友好，特别满意的一次住宿
房间简约，有匹克球场，网球场，乒乓球，早餐马马虎虎过得去，酒店外面有步行商业街，离机场15分钟车程。
非常适合度假，独享沙滩，酒店的餐食和服务都非常棒。附近有夜市，超市，虽然离中心有点远，但也很方便，值得推荐！
环境不错，很适合度假，虽然房间有些老旧，但总体来说还是不错的
房间很宽敞，私人泳池私密度不够，外面就是公众泳池，一直有人在走来走去，私人泳池也很小，只能说是个泡澡池。早餐人很多，高峰期要排队，早餐种类还行，牛肉米粉很好吃。酒店沙滩日落绝美。最不能接受点是WIFI很慢，特别慢，最后我都是自己用的流量。
