房间和床虽然都比较小，但是很干净，每天都会帮忙打扫
服务很热情，每次出门前台（Midnael, Eng Lee, Shamny等）都会问好
交通特别方便，门口就是公交站，步行可到NUS，周围也有很多饭店和便利店
一股霉味，厕所排气扇是坏的，臭气排不出去，插头是坏的，厕所淋浴干湿不分，什么用具、水也不配，空调出风口直对床铺无法调整，不会再住这个品牌的酒店，太差。
房间比较小，放行李箱开门有点挤。比较符合新加坡这个价位。设施齐备，干净卫生。离新国大很近，陪孩子过来。周围吃饭的也不少，门口有seven eleven，中国超市，出门口坐公交方便。总体性价比不错。前台中文服务很好。
旅馆公交车很方便，旁边有很多餐馆，房间的热水器需要使用才可以打开，需要提前加热，住两个人比较挤建议住一个人
酒店房间很小，不能开窗，但卫生很好，门口很多公交线，出行很方便。周边吃饭的地方比较多，离新加坡国立大学和西海岸公园都很近。
我们和其他家人经常住在这里看望我们求学的孩子。一流的清洁度、出色的员工和优质的服务是我们一直选择这里的原因。每次入住都让我们有宾至如归的感觉。附近有很多美食选择、7-Eleven便利店和自助洗衣店，酒店门口就有公交车站！乘坐143路公交车就可以到乌节路！特别要感谢所有的员工，尤其是Eng Lee先生和Roy先生，他们总是热情好客！非常感谢大家🙏🏻🙏🏻
房间小点，整体还是很不错的。门口就是公交车站。去哪都很方便。早上入住时因沟通问题，耽误了点时间，但是还是及时入住了。离店时酒店前台（女）客服服务特别好 会中文。 应该是新加坡人 呵呵 谢谢她！
我住过这么多酒店，这次的体验堪称“封神”👍 从踏入酒店的那一刻，就能感受到满满的高级感。大堂宽敞明亮，装修精致又有品味，灯光暖黄柔和，就像给人一个温暖的拥抱。
超级差评！我是携程的很多年算金牌客户吧，几乎没有写过一次差评；但这次是真的无法忍受！去大学看望儿子，就让儿子选一家离学校最近最方便的酒店，孩子推荐了这里，订之前其实有点心里准备，但想到毕竟在国内还算干净的连锁品牌，再差应该也可以将就一晚的，想过差没想过那么差；房间根本就没有所写的13平，床是直接贴着窗户搭的，卫生间只有一个平方，总面积不超8平方米，陈旧，脏，厕所异味很重；在房间呆了几分钟快吐了，于是下到前台跟酒店申请能不能退订，房间未使用，异味受不了，哪怕扣点手续费我都接受，前台说他们不能退，让我跟携程商量；于是联系携程客服，积极跟前台协商，售后客服一直协调，酒店强势不退！算了，果断弃住，换了另外一家！写这么多，只给各位国内的朋友提醒参考！
酒店门口就是公交车站，没有出租车停靠点。房间很小，毕竟是经济型酒店。早餐一般般。步行范围内有几家餐馆。地处西部，相当宁静。
对于预算有限、寻求短期住宿的旅客来说，这家酒店是个不错的选择。虽然房间不大，但干净整洁，足以满足短暂停留的需求。周边地区餐饮选择丰富，很方便就能找到各种餐点。
