Room not ready, vulnerable daughter placed into a room with adjoining door and door was discovered to be unlocked. Spent over an hour at the front desk trying to get the second room, and move room, but manager was too busy at the bar and left an untrained receptionist to deal with it at check in. Generally gone downhill and cleanliness is out of the window. Also got fined last year for parking despite putting my car details into the tablet. This year, I took a video but next year, I will not be staying here. Despite all the bad experience, was not even allowed to take my own breakfast to our room as we did last year, but it's ok to take your own food into the rooms? It just doesn't make sense!

Nice hotel. Heart of the city in West Bromwich. Excellent service. 24 hours access to hotel. Safe and secured. Outsiders can't get access to getin to the rooms. Internet (WIFI) is very poor. No fridge inside.No telephone or intercom is available to call reception.

Daeschwarn was fantastic. Had a few more rowdy people before us but kept them quiet and his service was brilliant. Would recommend staying again, rooms were tidy and just what you’d need

I visit West Brom frequently and do pick this hotel as it is close to work and has EV charging points (only 4) under POD POINT App. My saty over two nights been the worst so far! 1. No responsibility from premier inn for the parking EVs. This solely belongs to the adjacent pub next door. Chances of asking the driver to park else where..... Well, I'll leave it to your imagination as I see more and more NON EV cars parking in the designated EV points. 2. Be warned, if the restaurant is busy when staying here... You are not the priority!!! Waited so far for around 35 mins (still waiting!) for my desert! Unfortunately, if this service continues, I'll be looking elsewhere to stay in the future.

After a long drive from South Wales and a wonky satnav trip into the town center, I eventually found this hotel. The lady on reception was lovely and welcoming and assisted me with everything I needed whilst checking in. My room was lovely and clean and there was enough tea, coffee and everything else I needed for my stay. The bathroom was lovely and clean also with a very good shower and fluffy towels. I ventured down for my evening meal and the staff in the restaurant couldn't have been more helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was lovey but as I was tired I went back up to my room for that much needed shower and to rest up in bed before a day at my conference, As an added bonus I was treated to several firework shows for most of the evening which I enjoyed. My bed was very comfortable and i slept well waking up rested for a full day at work. Check out was very simple and I would be happy to return here if I need to come to Birmingham again.

前台的那个年轻人花了4个小时才给我们办理入住。他真是太粗鲁了！门锁都坏了，结果却被告知要我们自己去取婴儿床，然后搬到3楼。现场没有经理。他的服务实在让人恼火，因为他办事太慢，而且根本没人问他！

我为我和伴侣预订了一间商务房，他们给了我一张很小的双人床。床太不舒服了，我们整晚都没睡好。只要我侧身，床就会发出嘎吱嘎吱的声音，整体感觉很差。我们去告诉前台的时候，他们已经走了，没有人来帮忙。不过，自助早餐还不错！
