酒店地理位置非常好,距离京都站步行5分钟,出行非常方便。吃喝玩乐购物都近在咫尺。
酒店前台英语交流顺畅,恰逢周年庆,赠送了巧克力,小惊喜。
客房干湿分离,每天回来洗上热乎乎的澡,疲劳顿消。还有洗衣房,500日元清洗一次,非常方便。
强烈推荐!来京都还会是首选。
离京都站走路十分钟内 和友都八喜反方向 相对来说没有另一面方便 但是酒店可以泡汤是一大优势 房间很小 行李不是太方便开 大堂有饮料咖啡自助机 还可以用外带杯
很好,不错,值得推荐。位置:从京都站出来大概走路10多分钟。(我们第一次区的时候导航导错了,其实应该是穿过京都站那个地下长廊,从乌丸通那个口出来,后面几天多走几次就熟了)酒店就在马路边,很好找。住在这附近去景点也很方便。 设施:P1是酒店大门,进去之后乘扶梯上三楼才是前台。该有的设施都有,洗衣房、每层楼有自助饮料柜,三楼白天有免费的饮料。房间比我想象中要大,进门的走廊摆两个旅行箱(一个20,一个24)不是问题。浴室干湿分离,浴缸也挺大的。牙刷、洗发水都挺好用的。还有备护肤品,nice。 卫生:很干净,很干净。 环境:周围有商场、便利店也很多,很方便。 服务:服务人员态度都很好,前台有一位小姐姐应该是国人吧,很温柔很耐心,看到我们是中国游客就跟我说中文,哈哈哈,听到中文就感觉很安心。 唯一的缺点就是,我订的房间标的是无景观,我以为只是不能观景,没想到是没窗户。喜欢开窗的人订房的时候注意一下。 下次去京都我还愿意住这里,耶。
还是日本酒店对待中国人的一贯做派,安排较差楼层与不符及卫生较差的房间,后经过去前台理论(而且还是同行有会日文的),拍视频给前台看,才最后升级给了间比原来大的房间。酒店位置是不错,周边便利店及吃饭的地方都很近。
设施方面: 干湿分离,酒店设施非常齐全,有洗衣机贩卖机浴场和免费的自助饮料。
卫生情况: 一进房间就感觉特别干净整洁。浴室和卫生间打扫得一尘不染,床品和毛巾都洁白如新,让人非常安心。
周边环境: 酒店位置闹中取静,虽然离商业区和京都站很近,但晚上休息时非常安静,完全不受打扰。
服务态度: 遇到问题咨询前台时,响应速度也很快,解决问题的效率很高。
这个级别就有这样的入住体验,下次来这个京都一定会再次选择这里!
房间虽然不大,但是充满京都特色与氛围,而且离京都站非常近,却很安静,出行购物都很方便。
酒店位置离京都站五百米,非常之方便,附近有堂吉诃德和伊势丹百货,可轻松满足购物需求,位置没话说。酒店提供吸烟室,澡堂酒吧和餐厅,入住可以在下午五点半之前去酒吧的软饮吧休息喝免费饮料,饮料也可以打包回房间,这点非常加分~酒店每层都提供自动贩卖机和制冰机,个别楼层有洗衣机。
早餐种类一般,但质量较高,提供三层食盒的定食,每层四个小菜,味道合格,食物总体比较偏日式和西式,吃不惯日式西式食物的话就不建议选择。
酒店房间较小,好在是五脏俱全,清扫房间有两种选择,全部打扫和部分清扫,但是入住以后每天的房间清扫还是比较毛糙,一些细节处理不到位,这边建议贵店可以加强一下培训~但总体没有问题,很棒的酒店。
至于之前选择酒店时看到的部分差评提到的前台歧视外国游客,我个人体验下来没有什么问题,甚至可以用热情来说(也许因为我会日语?)但他们的服务态度对我个人来说确实可以。另外根据个人观察酒店差评集中在2023年度,也许换过管理团队?这我就不清楚了,不过至少我个人来说,他们的态度和服务很到位。

房间还算可以(录像了但没拍照,可惜)很干净,因为日本的房间空间都不是很大,外加我们是三张床,所以小而精致,整体的装修风格很日式,有茶具可以泡茶品茶
1.洗护,全部是pola,还有pola卸妆液精华水等;
2.一楼大厅有免费咖啡和饮料,但晚上10点就结束
3.浴场就一个池子,男女都一样,换好衣服带好毛巾进入即可,一天逛下来去泡个澡还是很不错的
4.每层楼有饮料售货机 冰激淋售货机,以及收费洗衣自助服务等
5.早餐还算可以,可以叫定食。
6.最后提醒大家一下,门上贴有两个图标,一个是整体清扫,一个是部分清扫,按需贴到门上,不贴就没有人来给你打扫,记住~
7.唯一不足的地方,里四条河原町,核心地方有点远,但是坐公交车207可以搞定。单次人民币7元左右
京都坐公交比地铁方便
非常好的酒店,丽嘉是本地人认可的高端酒店品牌之一,很多当地人和外国游客的选择。京都站八条东出口走到Avanti这个商场里面,穿出来就两分钟就到实在很方便,周围还有永旺和伊势丹百货,买吃逛出行非常便捷,租自行车的地方也很近。床铺和洗浴用品牌子很好,汤池里是Pola品牌的,大堂还有免费饮品自取。3人房没窗2人房有窗,就是面积稍微小一点,其它完美。
