Room and bathroom were very clean. Window blind in our room, 323, didn't work. When trying to put it all the way down the button didn't work. It went all the way up and didn't stop till we hit another part of the button. We then had to stand there for 5 to 10 minute pushing the button one at a time to get it to come down a half inch. You might want to check it out. Our stay was very good.

A/c didn’t work so room was very hot. Bed was terrible, pillows were flat and I ended up going to Walmart and buying new pillows. The refrigerator froze everything we put in it. The breakfast staff were extremely rude and they didn’t have any plates so we had to use bowls. Not sure what happened over the last year because it use to be my favorite hotel when I came to town.

It's a fine place that misses the mark in a few places that for me had a disproportionate negative effect on my visit. Fix these two things and this place goes to a 10. Better quality breakfast, cleaner pool. We select the hotels based on them having a heated pool, that's clean and if the pool is fun, even better. Food can't be gross

Love Tru! Staff is lovely and accommodating. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Pets welcome but have never heard or had issue with this. Location is fantastic. Our son is at Lafayette and it is so convenient. Also close to stores, highway, restaurants.
